Have purchased furnishings from Breeze since it opened still have my big vase it's moved everywhere with me ,from cushions to tables and lights love how they always have a large selection and nothing dates love my last purchase mirrored clock always go back as they keep you informed of when your delivery is due they are friendly and helpful love there shop

Don’t bother
Purchased 6 Bar stools for £900. The next day I received an email stating they had sold out and have now been removed from the website. It can take up to 14 days for a refund so I can’t order any others until they have processed the refund. First time using them and will be the last. You would think with technology this day and age they would know exactly what stock they have. They did email me within 24 hours but my refund is still pending and obviously I need the money back urgently so I can purchase other chairs from a different company. Because of these neglect I’ve got to wait now during the November Black Fridays sales time frames which is a huge inconvenience. Sorry just won’t cut it.

As you mentioned, we informed you within 24 hours of placing your order that the bar stools had unfortunately sold out. We apologised for this and promptly canceled your order and issued a refund.
Stock levels can fluctuate for various reasons beyond our control, which is something we outline in the terms and conditions you agreed to at the time of purchase. Additionally, we want to clarify that at no point have we stated that refunds can take up to fourteen days. Could you please let us know where this information was provided? This is concerning to us, and we would like to investigate further. It may be worth addressing this matter with your chosen payment provider as well.Regarding your refund, we can confirm that there are no issues on our end. It might be helpful to contact your payment provider directly, as it seems the matter lies beyond our control. with your payments and refunds If needed, we are more than happy to provide evidence of the refund to assist you in resolving this matter
The bar stools have been temporarily removed from our website until new stock becomes available, at which point they will be relisted.

Failed to ship, failed to credit - Avoid
Ordered goods received confirmation. Then didn’t hear anything for over a month, didn’t answer phone and claimed items damaged in warehouse and I would be credited. Another month on still hadn’t credited me, put it in dispute with the credit card company. Don’t trust them, avoid.

Ordered lights in February as still not…
Ordered lights in February as still not appeared every time we try and call them no one answered we sent emails and was told would be in post by next week. This has happened many times have tried today alone 23 times but still no answer
Would not use again wife is beyond unhappy as money was taken in Feb and still no sign of refund or product
