It was exactly as described and shipped on time. Very happy with the service.

I ordered halter/lead sets for the horse rescue that I foster for. I literally put in the rescue's address for the shipping address as well as their phone number, but for some reason, the breeches website CHANGED the shipping address and shipped the order TO MY HOUSE. Customer service told me that I "could try to divert the shipment through thd shipper". Seriously, not MY JOB nor MY MISTAKE. Basically got a too bad so sad vibe from someone who just didn't care. If I could give negative stars I would. Now, on top of the initial shipping charge, I have to pay AGAIN to ship this order to where it was SUPPOSED TO GO!

Never got back to me and ignored my attempts to contact them about my missing package.

Don't use Breeches.com if you are outside of the U.S. They use FedEx for shipping and do not disclosed that you're going to get a monster bill (relative to the order size) for brokerage, 'ancilliary fees', taxes (which is fine) and 'disbursement fees'.

Trying to get measurements, sizing on an item they have listed for sale for nearly a week now.
Nothing.
Crickets.

Sizing is kinda important.
Moving on.

Dishonest. Will not honor the advertised price. If they priced it wrong they should remove the ad but honor the completed sale. They had an item at a very, very low price, ($3 instead of $30). I ordered three and completed the sale. Two days AFTER completing the sale and showing item as "on it's way" they notify me that the item is not available. Then they claim the product is from a third party seller and they have no control over what they sell.

Received one item from my order very quickly, but the other two items took several weeks longer. That would be understandable, but customer service's responses to my inquiries were woefully inadequate (including a chat response to an emailed inquiry - I never even saw that response until I had to contact them again) and gave me no hope or information about the missing pieces.
When they did arrive, one of the items was in the wrong color. I chatted customer service this time, hoping for a timely response, only to wait over 24 hours for a response which asked for pictures of the incorrect item. I sent those immediately and then waited another 2 hours before the rep responded to say "The sticker is wrong, you have the right item. We'll fix the stickers here." Aside from the lack of focus on customer satisfaction, that dismissive response was incorrect, as the manufacturer-applied tag also listed the other color, and it did not match what was shown on the listing page.
Naturally, I followed up with my concerns and got a terse "You can return the items if you want. but these items are correct I have already contacted with my senior regarding this." And again the response switched channels on me, as this one came from email, despite my asking in the chat.
Additionally, the website cites thousands of reviews, all with 5-star ratings. NO companies have 100% perfect reviews, so they are clearly scrubbing what they share, AND there is no option to review either items or the site anywhere on the site, so I question the validity of any of the posted reviews.
I am horribly disappointed in this dismissive attitude toward customer service, especially because the items seem of good quality and value. So it saddens me to know my principles will prohibit me from shopping here again.

They shipped the wrong size item and will not return emails regarding returns. The quality of the jacket is also poor, even if it fit. Would not purchase anything from this company.

Terrible customer service.

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY SHIPPING ON MY RECENT ORDER.I TRIED TO CONTACT VENDOR AT CUSTOMER SERVICE PH# LISTED & I GET A "OUT OF SERVICE" MESSAGE. I CANNOT GET ON THEIR WEB SITE ON FROM ANY SERVER. IF IT CAN'T GET RESOLVED BY TOMORROW I WILL TURN IT OVER TO MY BANK AS A FRAUD & CANCEL PAYMENT.

I ordered a Winter saddle from these people on Saturday online. They processed the payment in full. Texted me an order number. Zero contact from them at all by Tuesday evening. I emailed twice and texted for shipping info.

Instead, Wednesday afternoon they cancelled the order entirely with no warning or explanation. Can't get a live person on the phone or chat to find out oh. .and 3 hours later, my payment still has not been refunded. Total scam behavior.

I was wary about purchasing from this company because I had never really heard of them or had purchased from them, but now that I have I will definitely be buying more from them! I purchased a turnout blanket on Black Friday at an awesome price and it was in by Thursday the next week (pretty quick for ordering late Friday night). It seems to be good quality, good fit (because I made sure to measure before ordering), and I love the color! Overall I am very happy with the experience and I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Update:
I ordered from them again, and I am very very pleased! It was an amazing deal on a helmet that is a Christmas present for my nephew. I ordered it pretty late (the Sunday night before Christmas) and I wasn’t sure it would make it before Christmas, but it did! Thank you Breeches.com!!

Ordered with Breeches.com and had some issues with my order - and I can honestly say I've rarely shopped with an online company who had as eminent, fast and humble customer service! Absoluety outstanding company!

Apart from a great selection of both high quality and lots of unique looking equestrian apparel, super fast international shipping - and a lovely website on top of it all.

Good prices and fast delivery! Took a few days to confirm since I ordered the weekend of Labor Day and order was shipped and arrived two days after confirmation! Highly recommend for any equestrians out there!
