When a technical fault resulted in a free online seminar being cancelled, Breakthrough were quick to offer a one to one session as an alternative on the same day. It gave a great opportunity to have a thorough individual assessment of our social media platform. Daniel was well prepared and had researched our page in advance, commenting positively and constructively on our output, giving useful tips for improvement and proposing next steps. A fantastic service by Breakthrough and highly recommended.

We recently used Breakthrough Communications to redesign the logo for the South West Conference of Local Council Associations. With a limited brief and short timescale they were able to present a range of design options to us, and responded positively to our comments, adapting the logo to meet our wishes. We now have a modern looking logo which reflects our collaborative network. We were also provided with details of the colour palette, and variations of the logo which we could use on a range of platforms, which is most helpful.

I was recommend Breakthrough Communications by a friend of mine shortly after we were awarded the first UK nightclub shows since lockdown measures began as part of the governments ERP scheme.

I had been thrust into a complex legal situation regarding GDPR which I didn't understand whilst under incredible time pressure.

Both Darren and Daniel were on hand immediately to start analysing our situation and delivered in an incredibly short time frame an exhaustive and bullet proof document which got us from zero to 100.

As a result of their attention to detail we were able to confidently deliver the ERP events safe in the knowledge we were water tight. The team were polite, friendly and to the point, they didn't waste any time and given the pressure we were under I think they provided good value for money.

I was unable to attend via zoom on the day but I was very pleased to receive a recording of the Crisis Communications Webinar. We will incorporate it into our Parish Emergency Plan with gratitude to Breakthrough Communications. Thank you to them.
