Absolutely brilliant! Pushes you to your limits and beyond. Really well organised and motivational.

39 year old me was pushed physically and mentally throughout the day, learned lots of new skills and most importantly met amazing people both Breakpoint staff who made you feel part of the BP family from minute 1 and the legends being forged...the other attendees! 6 year old me ran around all day loving the best game of soldiers I've ever played and wouldn't stop despite 39 year old mes inner complaining! Planning My 2 day course now!

One of the best experiences I have ever part taken in. I would recommend Breakpoint to anyone who wants to push themselves to see how far their mind will let them go. It's inspiring that it's run by ex special forces operators that make you feel part of their team. And it's great they share their skills and knowledge to enable you to go beyond in all walks of life. It's something I use once a year to make me push myself to achieve more and believe that there is no wall i can't climb.

The one day Break Point course was just brilliant. We were pushed to our limits all day and it was as challenging as it was rewarding. Really well organised and the guys running it were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this if you want to test your fitness and mental strength capabilities.

Breakpoint takes you well out out of your comfort zone,both physically and mentally. I would recommend the Special Forces experience to anyone,if you are thinking about it,do it,you will learn a lot about yourself,and have fun the same time.

I just spent the most awesome day with the Team at Break Point. I've never dug so deep and pushed so hard, but it was worth it. When you look back and see what you achieved, it still blows my mind that I did it all.

An extraordinary day - tough, testing, but completely fascinating and genuinely bonding - and the warm glow of achievement on the train home will be hard to match. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.

I have loved my experience with the Break-Point team so far. They are a great bunch of people and run amazing courses.
I managed to survive their ESF course and had a great time pushing through my own break point.
I have since been participating in the 12 week Battle Ready programme and the workouts have been challenging and recipes have been very tasty!

After completing my training with Break Point I felt a great sense of accomplishment. I was thoroughly put through my paces, both physically and mentally and met some truly inspirational people along the way. The whole thing was a very liberating experience and I'm feeling really blessed to have won the experience to train with the SAS. At the end of the day, I was blistered, bruised and sore to the core, but very proud of myself and Team Alpha for completing our mission. I'd recommend the course to anyone who was looking to push themselves to the limit and experience a real rush - don't hesitate, sign up today!

I spent a day with Ollie and the Break-Point team on the Extreme SF course. Wow! What I was prepared for wasn't this. It was unnerving, challenging, exciting, educational, fun, rewarding and exhausting all together. It almost feels like a cliché to say it takes you out of your comfort zone (it really does, if you let it), but I would ultimately say that this should be experienced by everyone.
I can feel the difference 2 weeks later. I'm recommending it to everyone I can.
