Many thanks for your message and sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your BC21 wireless charging clock.
This is not something we have been reported in past by other users.
Please make sure the phone is correctly placed on the charging pad, the charging icon will appear on display, also make sure the casing on the phone is not too thick as usually this can prevent the charging functionality and finally make sure the clock is connected correctly and phone software is updated.
We also recommend restarting the phone for refresh and for any malfunctioning issue .

after some missunderstandings about how service should be i am very surpised by solving my problem with my wonderfull watch.
so i got a new rubber strap with everything i need to fix it at the watch.
I hope that some day the leather strap will be able to get as well

Excellent service
Unfortunately original clock faulty - hour hand misaligned so difficult to tell which hour it was pointing to (and resulted in 7am alarm activating at 5:55am). But, easy to return with Royal Mail / Post Office collection service, and replacement clock received just a few days later without any hassle. New clock works perfectly and just as described on the box.

Travel alarm clock BC08B. Sorry this is useless as an alarm. It doesn't always go off. Alarms have to be 100% reliable. And sometimes the snooze has sounded just once. Will try and return it to Argos. So disappointed.

Usually such issues are related to the inferior quality low power battery so request to replace the clock with a good branded alkaline battery.

The shipping fee is too high.Even I only bought a smartphone wireless charger it cost me twenty pounds.It is not reasonable.

Like the watch but the battery was dead…
Like the watch but the battery was dead so had to get a new one immediately. I did email customer service but I got a reply to say I should have told them first and I paid £19.99 upfront with receipt but they seemed quite rude and uninterested.

As per our T&C we expect all out customers to report any issue as soon as possible upon receiving their order, so we can advise next plan of action to resolve the matter accordingly. If you had contacted our customer service team prior to taking watch to a third party agent we would have advised against it and would have arranged collection and replacement accordingly.

BC 12 clock warranty
I bought two BC12 clocks knowing there is a 2-year warranty. It has been one year and nine months and one of the clocks broke. Even if I put in a fresh battery, after 10 minutes it stops working because the minute and hour arms can't go upwards, they seem to be broken or stuck, and only the seconds arm keeps working. I contacted the company and for the warranty, I have to send the clock back to the UK on my dime (I am in Canada), and I may only be refunded this shipping IF they find a problem with it. Shipping from Canada will most likely cost me 50$-60$ (as it did last year when I posted a very small item to the UK with tracking) and the clock is only worth 40$. I threw it out, and will not re-purchase again. When I asked if they had a North America office I can send it to, they responded ''Currently there aren’t any Braun agent who can handle this aftersales support so it will have to be returned to address in UK for inspection and replacement.'' Very disappointing.

Further to our conversation we established that your interpretation of the wireless chargers was that it has a rechargeable battery so it can be operated totally wirelessly without requiring to be connected to electronic source when fully charged, hence you posted the above feedback. As advised the wireless charges requires to be plugged in to mains at all times to be able to charge your device wirelessly simply by placing it on the charging pad, which you have checked and confirmed that it charges when connected to mains power source.
Hence there is no issue with these devices. However should you require any further support please request to email our technical sup[port team on technical@braun-clocks.com and they will assist accordingly.
