Unable to mute speaking voice
I purchased the BC-25 alarm clock in white. A really nice, clean design. Unfortunately the clock came with no instructions as stated, just a QR code that forces the user to register an account. Once I did this no instructions were offered and there was no obvious link to find them. I managed to set-up the clock, only to then find that the clock announces the time everytime the light button is pressed, which you will need to do at night. Far from ideal if your partner is in bed with you asleep. I could find no way to mute this voice.

No refund yet…now received 24/10
I have not yet received a refund for the faulty clock returned on 14/10/24. Issue resolved, the ambient lighting in our bedroom is not suitable for the clock. Many thanks for the refund.

As per our conversation this is to advise that the refund has now been issued and will appear in your account within 3-5 working days. The reason for the delay in processing a refund was due to there was no comments of the fault explanation, hence it was passed to our engineers to carry out thorough checks. Our engineers have thoroughly checked the clock and all functions are operating as it should.

The whole experience of ordering and getting delivery of the product was excellent. The clock ordered can be better in teams of features in controlling the brightness and sharpness of display for both the LED screen and the projected display on the wall/ceiling.
