My delivery took way longer than any other online store I've bought. Why do one pay delivery fee, when they don't deliver at my place. Apparently I have to fetch it somewhere. Pathetic

We do send an automated email advising your order is being processed. According to our records you ordered on the 27 April 2025 at 10:13am, your order was dispatched to you on the 02 May 2025. Thereafter you took delivery on the 05 May 2025 at 10:12am.Taking in consideration the public holidays and weekends, you received your order within 4 working days.
Regarding the product overview/pictures , we have a full length and a picture of the design, which shows the actual product. We welcome any suggestions you may have regarding the above.
