I was in theFrustration with Website Navigation and Incorrect Purchase mens section of your site
I was browsing in the men’s section of your site, and when I clicked what I assumed was an additional filter to select the brand I wanted, it redirected me to the brand section and dropped the men’s category entirely. As a result, I unknowingly purchased kids’ shoes — “Old Skool Boys Vans” — thinking “Old Skool Boys” referred to the style, not that they were for children.
The product description should make this much clearer. Now I’m expected to pay R160 to return them, which feels unreasonable given the confusion was caused by poor site design. To be honest, my first (and likely last) experience with Brandzz has been quite disappointing.

The description on this item also states "Ideal for boys who love to stay active". You mistakenly chose the incorrect one, a human mistake. We supplied as per your order request and we cannot be held accountable for the human error as all relevant information is posted on our website pertaining to the item.

Funny how i thought it wasn't real, i just took my chances but i have received my parcel and to be honest I'm really happy with the service,, what threw me off a bit was when i had to write my home address for delivery and paid for it then I'm told that I'm supposed to select a collection point.. Why then was i required to write my home address and pay for delivery?... But other than that I'm happy

The experience with the Uniform Connection was excellent from start to finish, thanks to one of their employees whose name I am not mentioning in order to protect her privacy but I am willing to share the name with the company if asked to do so. We received excellent advice and our emails were responded to efficiently and timeously. We were not the easiest of clients, but she was always patient and helpful.
