The staff were helpful from the start
The staff were helpful from the start. They guided me on the additional accessories needed for the equipment I was hiring. They talked me through how to use the machine safety. They even helped lift it in and back out of my car when I returned it. Absolutely great service from start to finish .Highly recommend this store and its great team.

Excellent Tower Scaffold
The online ordering & payment was easy and simple to follow. Collection & subsequent return was similarly easy and supported by most helpful & friendly staff. Only odd thing was that the tower scaffold hired was the longer 2.5M not 1.8M as ordered - apparently the Bath Branch does not hold/stock the 1.8M albeit the website allows you to order 1.8M.

I would thoroughly recommend the Bath…
I would thoroughly recommend the Bath branch. The staff went above and beyond for us when using them to hire equipment necessary for our garden renovation. 5 stars without hesitation and will definitely be using them again for any future projects.
