BEWARE!!! This is a cheat! It misleads you into thinking you are doing a free memory/IQ test then asks for £1.00 for the results. It then fraudulently set up a subscription costing £29.99 for me which I did not ask for. I then wrote to complain and they refused to give me a refund. This is a subscription scam and will steal your money. Avoid this at all costs !

Unfortunately, the subscription wasn't canceled in a timely manner, so it was automatically extended to the monthly package.

Same issue as others: charge for something I didn't subscribe
Same issue as many others here, paid USD1 for a test and was charged for 29.99 a few days later, even without agreeing to any subscription whatsoever. Already sent an email asking for cancellation and prompt refund. Surprisingly all evidence of my USD1 purchase has despaired, like magic. I did have an email confirming my test and 1hr later gone. I have no evidence of them acknowledging my 1USD purchase, and of course, I did not receive any other confirmation of the next subscription charge ....This is their subscription policy: "3.2. Payment confirmation. Before you confirm any payment, you will be shown the applicable price, currency, and applicable taxes. By clicking the payment button, you: (a) confirm that you have reviewed the checkout information; (b) authorise the relevant payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown."
Reading your answer is even worst...of course you have no record...but I do...As mention in the mail I did send you, I am reporting to the Spanish Authorities. Probably nothing happens but REALLY, THIS IS PURE ROBBERY

Got an ad from them and mistaked it for…
Got an ad from them and mistaked it for something else. I paid 1$ for the test results ONLY and they signed me up for a subscription without my consent. The second after that 1$ payment it said something about me getting a subscription so i tried to find a place on the app where i could unsubscribe before i got charged but it didnt exist. Couple days later i wake up to see that i got charged 30$.
Edit: I contacted them on the email address which they linked under my post, the day they sent it. Its been 4 days and they are yet to reply, confirming that their website and services are a scam.

This is a con - do not go anywhere near it. The worst kind of hooking scam I’ve ever seen - typical pay for one test idea, ok fine I’ll cancel my subscription but no even after I’ve done that they still charged me £30 pounds. The reply below is absolutely false once you request a cancellation for a subscription prior to the date on which the subscription actually starts - any company is legally obliged to cancel the subscription otherwise they are in breach of consumer rights - not send you another email asking you to verify.

Upon reviewing our system, the $29.99 charge was an automatic renewal for the subscription that began with a trial on June 4, 2026. Please note that the subscription terms, including the recurring charges and auto-renewal policies, are explicitly presented on the checkout page. By completing the initial transaction, you acknowledged and agreed to these rules.
Because the subscription was unfortunately not canceled before the trial period expired, the system automatically processed the payment for the next billing cycle.
To prevent any future billing, we have already canceled your active subscription. You will not be charged again, and you may continue to use all premium features until the end of your current paid period.
