Probably easier than going to Outlet.
It was easy to use web site and communication was good. We saw the slabs we wanted at an outlet and could have ordered there but there would have been delivery charges and a lot of faffel.
Ordered on the web side and took a couple of weeks go come which was probably longer but far less hassle.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Unfortunately eco slabs break easily in transport and expect slabs laid will fail in time. Customer service excellent but can't expect them to continually replace broken slabs over time.
