Bradfords - Ilminster BBS Anmeldelser

I ordered Topsoil online, received a call to confirm a delivery date. The later a text all went smoothly Call just before arriving so I could meet to give drop off instructions, driver very helpful and put where requested. One bag was missing, called the office, quickly explained that there was a supply issue, but located some at an alternative branch that had just arrived that day, arranged for it to be delivered the following day when I was doing the work, delivery also went well and they were again very accomodating.

Speedy and knowledgeable service. Could do with being a bit more e-commerce oriented, but would use them again.

Not a company I've used before but very courteous helpful in the office and the the delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to do business with them and I will definitely use them again.

Great local service, helpful and friendly, have used Bradford’s several times never disappointed

Excellent friendly helpful service. Would definitely use again.

Quality sleepers at an economic price helpfully delivered by Richard from the Ilminster branch.

Great service delivered on time and phone to give a time of arrival which was good

Simple .... ordered payed and collected no hassle 👍

All items delivered on the stated day.
Delivery driver amicable and chatty.
That's what you want!

Very efficient service and excellent value for money.

I have never seen bradfords as packed with people as it was today but I was still in and out very quickly,

I booked a top up of the gravel on the internet. This was by far the best price for the gravel. The Bradfords staff called to book delivery and very kindly noticed I had bought a different size gravel to before and rectified this for me - really appreciated.
Delivery was on time and staff were as polite as ever. It would have been helpful if he would have let me move the car further to allow for better positioning of bags.
Otherwise I have been delighted with the customer service, promptness and communication from all involved. Thank you

Branch Manager Toby Symes was absolutely excellent and sorted out my boiler warranty issues. He was very helpful and managed to get the manufactures engineer to come out and fix my boiler even though they were adamant my boiler was out of warranty and not even registered (which was not the case). I cannot thank Toby enough for sorting out the issues, I was without hot water and heating during lockdown for many days.

Good friendly service and very prompt , definitely recommend these guys , always happy to help and super quick delivery

I was looking on Amazon to purchase a site radio when I discovered that the best deal on offer was on my doorstep at Bradfords.
I did a click and collect purchase and first thing in the morning had a call to say that it was ready and waiting to be picked up.
Perfect process.

very efficient service - delivery driver was very helpful and considerate.

Excellent service good to see hand washing stations and people using them very well thought of and excellent customer service knew exactly what to do

The website is easy to navigate, I receive a call the same or next day (depending on the time of day I order) thanking me for my order and letting me know when it will be delivered.
The delivery driver is always friendly and helpful, the whole process is painless from start to finish.

always helpful and friendly, good service
