Bradford's at Dawlish
I bought a bag of Postcrete, which I subsequently found out I didn't need. I returned the item and was refunded what I had paid. Both the purchase and return were very easy and staff at Dawlish were very friendly and professional.

I required an item that unfortunately was not available at my local branch. Searching online, I discovered that I was able to purchase it from another nearby branch at Dawlish. The Manager, Mr Adam Mathews was extremely helpful, and confirmed that it would be ready for collection for me when needed.

Taking covid -19 precautions to stupid level. Needed a £1.50 bucket. Picked it up as I followed the arrows in the shop. Placed the money on the counter under the plastic screen. Up pops a moron and spouts not doing cash. Then tries to pay with card and same moron spouts can't take business cards. So what's the point in being open, furlough the moron and shut the gates.
