Honestly can’t say a bad word about Bozu, the owner has gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions with DPD issues and meal choices, would highly recommend for people with little time in their days

scam company

Aggressive person speaking on the phone . I told them beforehand I would like my subscription to be cancelled as well as an order and yet I was still charged.

arrogant customer service

I told customer service that I prefer email rather than phone calls.they basicly threatened me on phone and sad 'I am going call you If you don't want get phone call, I can cancel your subsriciption.'
I accepted sad: I okey do not want your meals. however next day I got an email from customer service says:'You told us on the phone you want our subscription 2 weeks more'
What a bizarre thing.They can't communicate between themselves.
Later on ,they told me they can cancel after a week .I accepted however they did not send second part of my paid meal plan

Best meal-prep service

I chose to use a meal prep service as I work full-time, needed to lose weight plus I have diabetes and also need to control my sugar intake.
Bozu have been amazing, the food is tastier than I expected, full of flavour, there is a great choice on the menu and the service is first class. I am really impressed. Thank you bozu

Terrible

This company is absolute fraudulent and definitely NOT THE SPRING TIME OF YOUTH! my student Rock Lee and I were disappointed with how bad the food was and the terrible portions, me and rock Lee could not even train properly while being starved. also the guy on the phone was very rude and refused to cancel my subscription and tried to continue to charge me after I cancelled but luckily I froze my account! Absolute scams id rather go icharaku ramen with choji than buy from here!! 8 GATES!! SPRING TIME OF YOUTH IS NOT BOZU!!!

We have concluded that this review is not from a genuine customer, after requesting confirmation which was not provided.
Trustpilot informed us, that they do not necessarily have to prove that they have used our service, but we could post a reply!!!
We are baffled by their advice; not sure how they can ensure disparity or their integrity!!!
It is saddening that in the age of social media where opportunists use platforms such as this to malign a service with malevolent intent are permitted to do so.
As a customer driven service, it would be detrimental and nonsensical for us not to try and resolve issues or concerns.
If you are a genuine or prospective customer considering our service, we would kindly refer you to the numerous 5-star reviews and if you still have any concerns, please do not hesitate to email us for clarity, we would be more than happy to assure you.

What a rip off

What a rip off. Didn't get my full order rang up customer service but all I got was a guy with attitude and just wanted to argue. The worst customer service I've ever come across real bad attitude did nothing to resolve the issue. I don't recommend these fraudsters to any one ripping people off then just wanting to argue about the situation.

On checking our records, we can see that we offered you a full resolution on the 29th of August 2024 - Dear Abbas, Many thanks for your email and for placing your weekly recurring meal plan with us. As per your request, after your delivery on Sunday the 01st of September 2024 we will pause your account for you, after which, once you return from your holiday, you can then advise us on the date you would like your deliveries to resume again as we know once you receive your first delivery on Sunday you will be using our services for a very long time to come. Enjoy your meals on Sunday – After which, some 13 minutes later your response was - Ok, thank you.
Notwithstanding, contrary to what you may currently feel, we remain open to your correspondence and would ask that you afford us the opportunity by contacting our customer service team directly.

Bozu Rip Off

Bozu, Bozu, Bozu…
Let’s start first with their T&C’s, they are NOT available to view before you place your first order.
Bozu claim you can navigate your account easily, you can pause or cancel at any time, this is untrue, you have to email them and sometimes they will not action that email and instruction for days, resulting in delaying your instructions and then debiting money from your account.
So our story, I was having surgery on my shoulder so suggested to my partner we buy pre-made meals as I was going to be unable to cook.
As we needed Halal ready meals we were limited to who we could purchase from, we found Bozu via a search, meals sounded tasty, the first offer of 10 meals competitive, so we decided to place just one order with them, we needed to taste the first batch of meals before reordering, after all we may not enjoy the food.
So we place and payed for the first order and immediately we receive a notification that £xxx would be debited from our account in a few days.
We could not find the pause/cancel option in our account, we had to email them, this resulted in unwanted communication demanding why we wanted to pause/cancel.
After explaining our reasons! We were assured our account was paused.
Happy days….NOT….
A few days later we received our first order, well We received 6 of the 10 meals, we know they do 2 delivery days so thought the other 4 would be delivered the next delivery day and put it down to them delivering fresh meals.
Delivery day came and no meals, so we contact them again to ask where our meals where, meals we had paid for, to be told we would not be receiving them as we had paused our account!!!
Please someone can you make this logic make sense!!!
The customer service is horrific, rude, unprofessional and bordering scamming. They are ripping customers off of money and meals.
They claim they don’t want bad reviews as it’s damaging to a small family run business, I claim, we only wanted what we paid for as we are also a small family on a budget.
We have not been offered a partial refund, we have not been offered our 4 missing meals. The shame of this is, the meals were tasty and portions good, However….
I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy, I highly recommend taking your hard earned money to another establishment.

Firstly, as to our terms of service, these are available via a link on every page of our site prior to placing an order, and to ensure that our customers fully understand, we also have a FAQ’s page; which is also available before committing to any purchase.
I remind you that when you sent your request to pause your subscription on the 29/08/2024 we sent an immediate reply via email, advising that we would pause the account after your next delivery on the 01/09/2024.
You replied with the following ‘Ok, thank you’ Then on the 04/09/2024, you wrote this review without any further communication which has left us completely baffled.
We would like to offer recompense; however, this requires your contact.
We reached out to you by telephone on receipt of your review and this was met with a barrage of abusive language, and threats to our business.
We have also written to you requesting your contact so that we may address your issues, which has also been ignored.
Contrary to what you may currently feel, we remain open to your correspondence and assure you that we will do all we can to offer a thorough explanation and resolution and would ask that you afford us the opportunity.

Fantastic Meal Prep

Almost 3 weeks of great service.

Being vulnerable, I’m a big guy, 180kg, 6”1. It’s really key for me to keep track of what I’m eating and ensuring what I put in my body is good as apposed to the terrible diet that got me to this weight. But I’m active, I’m feeling good and Bozu is really helping me achieve massive things in a short period of time. They have their meals on MyFitnessPal (big +) Long may that continue. I’m around 1 stone down (6kg) since joining. Jordan and the team have been excellent. Fresh deliveries every Sunday and Wednesday without issue.

Credit to you guys for a fantastic service. Glad we got everything set up and I committed to Bozu.

Accusing me of using multiple emails to…

Accusing me of using multiple emails to post bad reviews. Then doxing my personal information along with other customers information in the comment replies and when I told them my ip address is available in my data to trustpilot they removed the emails from the comments. I’ve just had an email from trust pilot saying my review will be removed for hate speach cos BOZU flagged it as hate speach. They use every tactic possible to deny and remove bad reviews so they can keep doing what they do. I’ve had no delivery from this company they refused to give me a refund I had to fight for it for over a month. I was pestered with phone calls 2/3 months later from the owner trying to get my address to send me out some food. You ok I don’t trust you. Every few weeks I get an updated from here with the comments trying to deny anything I say or fro. Trustpilot saying they are requesting my personal information again. Unbelievably abusive and aggressive treatment of their customers.
