From the very first call to the final one, Gary has nothing but professional and approachable and he genuinely cared not for his client but for me as well. No issue was too big or too small for him. Lettings department are with holding a deposit but do not provide any proof of any of the work that was done after exiting a rental property.

Let a landlord leave excessive black mold in bedroom for 6+ months of tenancy in direct violation of Awaab's law. Let the landlord have unlimited access to the property whilst I was in residence (Also illegal) are currently trying to charge me for a toilet seat the landlord fitted.... and apparently 5 bayonet light bulbs (that were also blown on my arrival to the property) cost £150.

They really are chancers, bad ones at that. Bring a putrid stench to the good town of Alton.
