After bad review here and asking my money back the company managed to push through my order and delivered it fast.
I like the quality of the product - I have a kit. From the day one I feel a great difference.

Great to browse and choose the right product,

Silk sleep mask- nice product, fits my head well (small female). But product sent in huge box with lots of plastic filling - not necessary! Please improve how you package and post products.

Terrible service - booked a kit and after 4 days waiting for any info from the delivery service I wrote them asking the status.
They replied that the kit is out of stock and they will send it to me as soon as they have it .
I have asked for immediate reimbursement, will see how it goes.

I’m only on my first week with my pillowcase, I do love the smoother hair in the morning, my skin does look nourished, it’s cooling which I like, the only difference I’ve noticed is my last pillowcase from a different company was slippy an I kind of liked that as I knew it wasn’t pulling my skin, but boucleme have made up for that in the luxurious silk that’s cooling, so far so good, highly recommended

My product arrived with a broken pump. A replacement was sent super fast and arrived within just a few days (international shipment). Very friendly and helpful service, great products.

Still not received the order. Even though it has apparently been delivered. Emailed to ask about this not heard anything back yet.

I got the curly 30 day challenge set and the misting bottle…..I’m 2 weeks in and I love the products, light & citrus scented. My curls have never felt or looked better: The misting bottle is fab for refreshing curls in between washes:
Although it’s quite expensive I will be continuing to buy these products….I would definitely recommend them

Lovely products but getting more expensive as with everything. My query about packaging was answered quickly and solved the issues.

I had a parcel stolen, Customer Services at.Boucleme were understanding and sympathetic. Although the problem was a result of Yodel - they appreciated my problem and explained more than Yodel did when I complained to them. I was also offered a discount - again, more than Yodel did.

The hair mask is one of the best I’ve ever used my hair felt stronger and so incredibly soft at the same time after one use! I was amazed.

I’ve never used a cream gel before to hold my waves but it did the trick and my hair wasn’t crispy after using it.

The smell is pleasant but not my favourite.

I’m still new to this method of hair care so need to experiment a bit with application and amount to use. But I’m so far happy with my purchase.
