Bottle Broz is fantastic. I placed an order (#14593) for an important birthday present, but the courier unfortunately lost the package. I reached out to customer service, and they replied within an hour to investigate. Once they confirmed the courier lost it, they had a full replacement order shipped out to me the very next day with a new tracking number. The new package just arrived, and I couldn't be happier. I've been a customer for some time, and their professional, responsive support is exactly why I will keep coming back. I highly recommend Bottle Broz to everyone! Thank you!

I ordered an engraved bottle of Blantons. It came rather quickly, but it was not engraved. It only included a scribbled card with what I paid for to be engraved. It cost me $185. They agreed to refund the engraving of $49, but this was nowhere near the added price that it cost me. The Blantons was only $99. They put me off for a few days but then refused to talk to me or answer my inquiries. I will never order from them again. They left me without an option for a special gift that I had been counting on. Very poor customer service.

I order a bottle of whiskey for a friend on April 24, received order confirmation via text and plenty of spam emails since. 10 days later still no delivery. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to talk to somebody but after being on hold for up to 50 minutes at a time they hang up before I can say a word.

It is convenient to not have to search around town for my choice of bourbon. I’m happy to pay a few dollars more for the ease of selection - and truthfully, the prices are not too far off what I’d spend after the time effort and driving to find the select bottle I’m searching for.

Lazy, sloppy, and inexcusable shipping errors. Site lies about what they have in stock just to fish orders from buyers then fill it with something else and hope they either don't notice or don't care. They list multiple products they simply do not have, or cannot even obtain. (Rare and expensive brands by the case; product only available to commercial vendors, etc.) They sell legit products and do deliver, but it's mixed in with a dash of fraud.

They had listed 24packs of 50ml little airplane/hotel bar style bottles. Ordered 2x 24 packs. Received 2x 750ml bottles.

The 750ml bottles were cheaper than the 50ml bottles due to the extra packaging, so it wasn't even a like-for-like swap on price.

2x750ml is 1,500ml of liquor vs 48x50ml of 2,400ml ordered. So I was both overcharged and shorted by a lazy substitution. Even 3x 750ml bottles would have been slightly under.

I contacted the company via email the day the order arrived. They responded within 2 hours to apologize and ask for photographs of the packing labels to "look into it."

No answer for 3 more days. I ping them on day 4 to ask for a follow up. Day 5 I get a reply that it has been "escalated to the concerned team." Day 6 I mention it shouldn't take this long to check if they have something in stock. I'm told I'd have a reply within 24 hours. It's day 8, I still don't have a refund, a reshipment, or even confirmation they have they damn inventory. (They don't.)

Took 5 days from order to shipping; they do say it can take up to 9 on the page so... ok. 6 more days via FedEx to get from CA to OH. Most expensive shipping prices I'd been quoted from any online liquor store and it's still slow. Only ordered from here because they (lied) about having the mini bottles and I was willing to pay extra.

Company refuses to fix their mistake.
Will not refund or reship. Have had to file for Buyer Protection via PayPal. Still not resolved a month later.

I asked for them to place a message with the Gift Card and they never did it! I went over it twice and had the woman who I spoke to read it back to me. My friends never knew what was going on when they received the bottle. They almost sent it back not knowing anything about this Gift!

I paid $30 for gift wrapping and a card and received the bottle in a cheap burlap sack. When I reached out they informed me that is how it is wrapped and didn't offer any suggestions on how to make it better. I would never have paid that much money for that and a generic card. I feel as if they were not professional with me when I reached out either. Will never use them again.

I’ve used BottleBuzz many times to send thank-you gifts—usually higher-end bottles like Blanton’s—to valued clients, and have spent a significant amount through their platform.

Recently I was trying to put together a custom gift bundle and had a couple of questions. When I called, I was told to email customer service. Unfortunately, after doing so, my message was essentially ignored and I never received meaningful assistance.

For a company that specializes in gifting, responsive support is important. Because I couldn’t get help, I ended up purchasing the $560 gift bundle from a competitor instead. Disappointing experience, and I’ll likely take my business elsewhere going forward.

Horrible service. Ordered before vday. Said it would be delivered. Arrived almost two weeks after and in separate deliveries. They hadn’t even made a shipping slip when I asked to cancel the order. They told me I would be charged a shipping fee and restocking fee when they hadn’t even pulled or shipped the items. Don’t give them your business.

Buyer beware. I ordered seven bottles of bourbon and they shorted me two bottles of the traveler whiskey. I contacted them and they said that they sent everything that I ordered. I even took a video of what was taken out of the box to show that there was only five bottles that would fit in the box that they sent with their mailing label and they refused to replace the two bottles missing. If you read through the reviews you will see a lot of people have the same thing happen to them. Also, I ordered these items on December 9th. Nothing received until January 19th. I had to call them and email them six times before they finally responded to what I was missing.
