Easy to order, can’t remember signing up for a monthly subscription so I need to investigate. I wanted to try this product as I don’t know if it will work.

Oltre a non funzionare, la crema depilatoria all'aloe che vendono mi ha provocato un'ustione di primo grado.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti dopo l'acquisto per richiedere il rimborso (vendono la garanzia soddisfatti o rimborsati e il prodotto non fa quello che dice), ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.

A total SCAM! Ordered the product, arrived super late, the product is the lowest quality possible, does not work, just got skin irritation. But the worst part is, they used my single time order as a subscription, so they charged my card another time for the thing I would never buy in my life. DO NOT BUY!

1/5 — Hidden subscription, ignored cancellation request, useless product
I bought a hair removal product from Botane Labs as what I believed was a one-time purchase. A month later, I was charged again for a second order. I had no idea I had been signed up for a monthly subscription, as it was not clear to me at checkout. Who needs a hair removal kit every month?
I contacted them the same day the order was placed and asked them to cancel it before shipping. Their first reply ignored my request completely. After I followed up, they told me it was "too late" because the order had already been processed. They are still shipping a product I asked them not to send.
Check carefully for subscription options at checkout before buying, and check your card statement afterwards.
Also no hair was removed at all..!!!
This product from my experience is useless.

Be very wary of this company. Now actually received an automated reply advising me to cancel my subscription, it would be useful if the website allowed you to, I have had to refer to my credit card company to block any further payments absolute scam just ripping people off and then giving them no way out please please please stay clear
