Peeling stickers on back of Preston Lodge High School uniform.
Asked for it to be ordered without the transfer, but they weren't having any of it (back transfer sticker only, not the Preston Lodge stitched badge on the front).
No refunds or choice to have uniform without poor quality sticker.
So paying £30 for a faulty hoodie/zippy.
This has been an issue for over 2 years, since I've purchased for S1, S2 and now S3.
The hoodie is made from good quality materials, hence why I gave two stars for that.
Removed 3 stars for the sticker issues and lack of help to resolve issue

We ordered my son’s school jumpers and received it couple of days later. Quick delivery, good quality materials and age appropriate sizing. Very satisfied.

Ordered before the deadline still no sign of my sons uniform he goes back tomorrow🙄 had an email back to say they would let me know when it was being made never mind sent out 🤣 joke!

Ordered uniforms for my daughters in advance of the England cut off date. Chased the order was told I would receive it as it was in advance of the England cut off date. Emailed again was ignored. Rang this morning and was told they would be dispatched today. Officially the school returned on Monday 1st September (but have had an extra 2 days due to teacher training). Attitude when I called was not great. Was simply told there was nothing they could do.
Will not use this company again!

Didn't take long for order to come through, received notice on my phone that it was ready to collect. No issues, thanks.

The staff were excellent when I had a query with my order. The order arrived promptly and the jumper is very good quality and a good fit.

We ordered during a busy period and received them a few days later.
The material and the sizes were fantastic and wash up well.

Ordered my daughters blazer, cardigans and school ties from the Falkirk store. ALl items were all embroided. Arrived in plenty of time for term start. One of the cardigans had the embroidery in the wrong place and we were sent a free replacement before we even noticed the error. Top service.

Ordered uniform weeks in advance of school returning. Sent an email a few weeks back and was advised it can take up to 45 days. It’s now been 55+ days and no sign of uniform. No update that uniform is in production either. Schools are back and spent a good amount of money on uniform.
Friends who ordered after me have received their orders. It doesn’t appear consistent in production for orders.

Would not recommend to use as their communication is unclear and their systems archaic. Poor and inconsistent customer service and information provided both by their online and store division. Lacking any customer service etiquette so would avoid as there are better run companies out there and this needs some serious overhaul and training provision to be up to scratch.

I never got my parcel, BE is telling me it was delivered, I contacted royal mail and was informed that parcel was actually delivered but it was left at the doorstep I stolen. I was away for the weekend, post office just dumped the parcel at the front door, right next to a busy pathway. This parcel was not left in a safe place and no card was left through the door for attempted delivery as it should have been. Post office informed me that sender neededs to calim refund. I contacted company several times asking for my order to be resent but I was totally ignored. Very poor customer service, no communication whatsoever. I am out of £80 and no school uniform. Very disappointed and will never use BE services again.

Cmon now !!! Schools return at the same time every single year and this company never have any stock ready to go !!!!! Delivery takes weeks on end and communication is virtually zero !

Absolute shambles this place! Guaranteed delivery if you ordered before a certain date which I did, my daughter goes back to school on Wednesday still no cardigans! £48 down Have emailed & called them getting no where they still don’t have an update for me. Do yourself a favour & avoid this place if you actually need your delivery on time as clearly their word means nothing!

Have made a few visits to the Carlisle store recently for uniform and to make a refund enquiry. Every member of staff that served me was really helpful- nothing was too much trouble! I cannot thank the staff enough for their fantastic service and patience! Thank you Carlisle store.

First time using BE uniforms for my daughter who started P1 today. Ordered from the Glasgow argyle street store in June and the woman advised my daughter required a size 22 blazer as the 24 was too big. She ordered a 24 but advised she would email the warehouse to let them know to send a 22. Fast forward to Monday 4th August when the blazer was delivered when we weren’t in the country till the following day, I opened the blazer and lo-and-behold, I was sent a 24. You couldn’t even see my daughter’s hands at the bottom of the sleeves. Emailed customer service, called the store and eventually got the store on the phone on Thursday, the day before my daughter started school (today). Was assured that the email was sent to tell the warehouse about the size needing to be a 22 back in June. I then had to take the blazer 6 miles to the store to hand it in so they could replace it with the size 22 but it wouldn’t be ready for my daughter starting school. I now have a replacement order number stating a size 22 is on order. I now have received an email from customer service telling me ‘we don’t stock size 22 blazers’. That’s it. Thats the email. No offer of help, no apologies for the error, nothing. Saw someone else comment on this specific staff member in another review, maybe someone needs to actually look into this.

Although told items were delayed everything turned up on time. Very Happy

Complete farce trying to get school uniform for my children again. It's time schools found independent local suppliers to provide school uniform instead of a company who want to take the money for orders but cannot come up with the goods in a reasonable time. Two years ago as an example a blazer was ordered and just never turned up. We had to continually chase to be told it basically had been forgotten yet they had our £! Last year wasn't as bad. This year is a disaster. They've closed most of their local high street shops and put ridiculous timelines down for you to order over 6 weeks ahead of school starting to ensure you have the branded uniform. This seems chaotic with some parents ordering later and receiving orders, yet we are sitting -£129.11 down since mid July with nothing to show for it!!! When you call, they patronisingly remind you that they had their precious cut off. It's time parents stood up to being forced to use an out of town supplier for what should he a locally produced service. BE unhelpful Uniforms are no good.

Went into the Carlisle store to get some uniform for my son starting school and the lady in the shop was really helpful my experience was a great one and will definitely be back in future

Bought uniform in July from the Glasgow store. Wasn’t made aware of any cut off dates (order was made 10 hours after cut off date.) when I asked the member of staff how long she stayed it’ll arrive into store within 28 days. Coming close to the 28 days, I called to chase order up, they said it wouldn’t arrived before going back to school which left me in a horrible position as my son was due to start primary one with no proper uniform. I explained to the girl on the phone that I had queried with staff in store, but honestly just so unhelpful couldn’t care less. If staff actually done their job properly and advised correctly that there was a cut off day etc I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place as I wouldn’t have taken the chance of not having any uniform. When we left the store we actually said it felt chaotic in the shop as staff are trying to serve umpteen people as once, clearly too busy to actually give customers vital information.
