Arrived ten mins late due to traffic for a second vaccination appointment. Pharmacy assistant was overly assertive, announcing across the open shop floor as I sat in the waiting area that I had to re-book. I went to the desk to explain that the pharmacist was 30 minutes late for my first appointment and expect flexibility. Assistant became aggressive. Not a good experience. Avoid.

I have avoided using Boots own website for several years because of glitches etc.However i had an offer email come through a few days ago and my curiosity got the better of me. The site has been updated and so i was hopeful all the technical issues had been sorted. They have not.I was logged out three times for no reason.The inventory was appalling with items showing as in stock but out further down the page out of stock.The pages stuck. The range of items was poor. I will never ever use this site or their shops again.Just astounding how bad they are.

A huge thank you to Julia who was working in the Bare Minerals / Cosmetics section. Your knowledge and kindness are much appreciated. Also, to Elsa on the tills who gave me great customer service. Made an order to be delivered to store. In 5 days time. Only one item for the order arrived, I was told the rest would be in a separate package. 1 week later still no response. I asked their customer support team what was going on and they said they would need 14 days to review my case and re-send the items. End to end that would make my order a month late. I've now asked for a full refund. Next step will be a chargeback.

They said they don't offer goodwill payment, compensation or even an official complaints route. Appalling service. That's going to be the last order I make from them.

Max on the No 7 counter was absolutely amazing. Took the time to help and advise and showed me how to correctly apply foundation. Highly recommend her, great customer service.

This is probably some of the worst customer service I have received. Firstly they send me an item that was not in suitable packaging so unsurprisingly arrived damaged. They then tell me the only way to resolve the issue caused by Boots is for myself to take time out of my day by going to a store or a post office (bearing in mind this is a low value item - less than £15). I say I want to raise an official complaint, and I am then told that they don't provide follow up contact once a complaint has been reviewed. I have never heard of a complaint procedure where there is no follow up! Honestly shocking service. Would not recommend.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Kim, the pharmacist who work at Boots pharmacy in Tamworth Ventura Retail Park, for her exceptional care and professionalism. After reviewing a medication that had been prescribed to me by Good Hope Hospital, she advised me not to take it due to safety concerns. She took my situation seriously, carefully explained her concerns, and went above and beyond by contacting the hospital directly to discuss a safer alternative medication.
Kim's attention to detail, knowledge, and willingness to act on my behalf potentially prevented a very serious outcome. I truly believe her advice may have saved my life. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to patient safety and wellbeing.

I visited boots opticians in broadway Bexleyheath to choose some new glasses all the staff there are amazing there customer service is brilliant 100 percent all the time I’ve visited them . A assistant name was James he helped me with my glasses his customer service was excellent so helpful and polite great service James 👍👍

Eddie, the Security Guard in Boots, The Malls, Basingstoke went the extra mile to help my daughter and I whilst visiting the store today. He noticed we had my granddaughter in a pram and asked if we were going upstairs. He advised the lift wasn’t working and offered to carry the pram up the stairs. He said he would pop back upstairs to check when we had finished our shopping and he would take the pram back down. I have never experienced such kindness from a security guard and wanted to point out that he is a credit to the store!

There is currently a national shortage of a particular glaucoma medication that my 83 years old wife needs. The staff at Boots, Trysull Road, Wolverhampton could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to resolve our problem.

This is regarding boots pharmacy wakefield..the service here is rubbish..some of the staff are young and one in particular is very rude..also im on multiple medication lately not everything has been in even though I've received a message to say come and collect..I've just moved pharmacy for this reason

Samantha who staffs the Liz Earle concession in Boots store Stockport is a joy to deal with! She is always pleasant, friendly and so knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble for her. She goes out of her way to help you and you can see she’s really genuine in her approach to customers. Thank you Samantha you are a star ⭐️

I have already spent a significant amount of time making this complaint via telephone to your Customer Service Team , however i have been given no reference or received any confirmation that my complaint has been dealt with .
I am both shocked to the core and livid about the way i was treated in your store . I am 60 years old , walk with a cane and have a visible curve in my spine . I joined a 3 person queue at the pharmacy counter at 12-43 today .
As usual there was only 1 person serving with the pharmacist appearing randomly behind the counter , no idea why , anyway , by the time I got to the counter it was 12-56 . I had a code for some stop smoking aids from the Cambridgeshire stop smoking service. I showed this to your employee . She looked at it , then disappeared to speak to the pharmacist. She came back and said “ I can’t do anything with this until 2pm “
I said “ oh is the pharmacist going to lunch ? No problem I will come back at 2 and pick them up “
“ No I can’t even tell you until 2 pm if we have them in stock “
Pardon me ?
I can’t even tell you if they are in stock until 2pm , the pharmacist has logged off his computer he goes to lunch at 1 “
It’s not 1pm yet , Im disabled, I can’t hang about for an hour then find out you don’t have them in stock?
“ nothing I can do “
I walked away without another word then your assistant yelled “ Goodbye” after me right down the shop
I completely snapped , shouted goodbye back and walked shaking out of your store .
1 If your staff knew anything about customer service either the pharmacist or assistant should have at least checked if the items were in stock before making me wait another hour . Why did the assistant not have access to stock levels ?
2 The pharmacist was still in the pharmacy he should be available to ASSIST customers right up to his lunchtime , not 5 minutes before
3 Since when did the words “ I apologise “ or “ Im sorry become missing from your assistants vocabulary?
4 when was it deemed acceptable for your staff member to yell goodbye at a customer right through your store ?
5 She obviously dislikes her job , she should leave
I trust you will provide answers to me within the next 14 days or I will have no hesitation in forwarding my complaint to the Care Quality Commission

Would give it nought if I could! Have an expired gift card( accidentally) not realising there was an expiry date. They refuse to reissue even if I go into store with said card and receipt still attached. No way in the system I’m told. You’re a joke Boots it’s legalised theft, as a matter of goodwill wouldn’t go amiss. You’ve now lost my custom totally and as I’ve spent over £100 this week with you my custom will now go to Superdrug or others.

Left waiting to be pay for over 10 minutes whilst 4 members staff ignored the queue of people waiting to pay for items. The staff all seemed to be on the pharmacy area although there were no customers waiting there.

It has taken an hour to place an order online. Logged on so I could claim advantage points, but then they called me with a pass code to enter but there was no way to go back to the page to enter it. In the end I had to use 2 phones, my old one to place the order, the other to receive the call with the pass code. At 82 yrs old, retired teacher, I could design a better system. Very frustrating indeed. What do they pay these Web designers for???

I was in Boots The Chemist at Nicolson Street Edinburgh Yesterday I was served by a true Gentleman. I regret not getting his name but I will never forget how much he helped me and the advice he gave me He went above and behond I would advice anyone to go into this shop great customer service.There isn't enough professional genuine people like him.Amazing at his Job.

Dreadful customer service. I bought expensive perfume. I was damaged during transit to me . Back and forth still 3 weeks later. Each communication you get a new representative.
They dont have reviews on there Google search page....I imagine they paid a lot of money to Google not to as there reviews are so awful. Shame on them !
