Always experience massive wait times at the Prescription counter, usually only one staff member serving and dispensing prescriptions not good enough coalville Leicestershire

Why do Boots ask for a delivery date and not deliver. I am now leaving to head home leaving my order here. I cannot cancel, the AI online chat does not answer a simple question and customer service was of no use at all. Never again. Absolutely appalling service and people wonder why Amazon is used. At least they deliver when they say they do. Boots online is pants.

Ordered advent calendars online one was sent in a flimsy cardboard box with no packaging and was damaged.
I contacted customer service and was told to take it to a boots shop.
I explained that I did not drive and it was very heavy.
After a lot of not our problem customer services arranged for DPD to pick it up.
Very poor service I asked Boots to cancel the other orders and was told they could not even though they had not been despatched.
I was told to refuse the next 2 parcels!
The postman will be pleased.

Unfortunately, the level of service has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will be leaving Boots a 1 out of 5 review on Trustpilot, as this is probably one of the worst delivery experiences I have had.

Going forward, I will use Dr Fox, as they have consistently provided an outstanding and reliable delivery service.

It is very disappointing that a company of Boots’ size and reputation cannot provide a comparable level of service.

Ian and Ash in the Weymouth New Bond Street pharmacy are very helpful, polite, and unflappable even when rushed off their feet. I have consulted Ian a couple of times. He is very professional, easy to talk to, a good listener and careful questioner who gives solid, unbiased advice. Although you have to queue for prescriptions they rightly ensure that customers are given the correct information and it is better to wait than misunderstand. Thank you.

Went to Boots on Queensway (never ever again)
We are a group of four mature black people, but regardless of that all the security guard saw black and assumed we were coming to steal. He couldn't have followed us more if he tried.... it was so painfully obvious that we were being followed, that i started to follow the security guard. Anyhow we picked up some products and went downstairs, browsed some more and went to the pharmacy counter to pay. There were several members of staff behind the pharmacy counter, as we could hear several voices. Despite waiting patiently, those staff were not interested in either acknowledging we were waiting or serving us. Eventually we called out to ask of anyone was serving, we were told, someone would be serving and they'd be along in a moment. Along comes possibly the most unhelpful person Boots coild employ who advised and i quote.... you cant pay for that here, as the products are from upstairs, you have to pay upstairs. Have I slipped into another dimension and downstairs is no longer Boots but another shop completely? Admittedly we did have products fron upstairs.... but we also had products from downstairs. Anyhow we went upstairs and paid.

But Boots where on earth are you sourcing these miserable unhelpful staff from, Oh did i mention, as my husband was leaving the security guard asked if he had paid and wanted to see his receipt, of course he paid... its no wonder the high street is dying when you as a black shopper you experience this.

Boots online appalling customer service system. Item arrived damaged, sent in order number & images only to receive a rude email requesting a large number of totally unnecessary personal details. Won't be bothering with this hassle again when there are plenty of other online shops available!

Boots leatherhead pharmacy the female assistant is abrupt and dismissive and in my opinion overly questioning as to why I needed behind the counter medication even after I explained that my GP had recommended it! She wanted to know why I didn’t have a prescription then! And then proceeded to say we don’t have any in stock?
Very unhappy with this service this lady is not a doctor ! I will not use this pharmacy again!

I don't often leave the house to shop because I'm autistic and disabled. I usually buy all my supplements and most shopping goods online. I changed going out with my mum and decided to get my vitamins from boots in Sutton in ashfield inside the idlewells centre. I knew which area to go but when standing and staring at everything I couldn't actually process what I was looking at and I got confused. Kelly the assistant manager was an absolute gem with me!!! She was quick to notice me struggling and talking to myself, whilst she was stocking shelves and quickly found me cod liver oil and vitamin e!!! And she told me about the offers for 3 for 2 as well!! She was extremely friendly and good to laugh and joke with and if she hadn't have helped me I would have been there far longer trying to figure out where things were and where to look. Kelly was so good to me I don't often have good experiences with shopping in actual shops and she just made it so much better for me, the struggle was gone!! Hats off to Kelly!!! GIVE HER A PAY RAISE!!! Thanks again Kelly it was an absolute pleasure xx

My order from boots was left outside in the rain by Royal Mail .it wasn’t packed properly so all the items was water damaged so I phoned boots they said to return which I did .i only got refunded for 1 item I have sent boots proof of return by Royal Mail receipt and still no refund. .i have wrote to head office and still got no where .terrible customer service and now I’m out of pocket

Absolutely terrible customer service in the Bath store.
Second time I’ve bought goods, used self checkout (as no one at the till’s majority of time or massive ques), then gone into another store and on entrance alarm goes off because of security tags left on goods.

Went back to Boots store to complain, spoke to a manager called Karen, she was rude, dismissive and basically said I could take the tags off myself! I argued that if they have self checkouts they need staff removing the tags, told her this had happened to me previously and that I’d been assured the self checkouts would be updated to remove security tags left on activation.. she just went on to say it would cost a lot of money to implement.
She had no empathy with the fact going into other states and having your bag checked is embarrassing.. I’ve written twice to complain and heard nothing back

I won’t be shopping there again

I had to use the pharmacy facilities for a medical problem whilt on holiday.
I found the staff polite and very knowledgeable. From seeing a pharmasist to get the precription was less than 10 minutes.
Fantastic service.

Poor customer service
Ordered goods online with standard delivery.
Found they had put through next day delivery! I absolutely did not want that as I’m not even going to be there. Particularly picked standard so it wouldn’t arrive before I’m home again.
Also had ann issue with payment method, wouldn’t connect to Paypal.
Immediately contacted boots on WhatsApp. A few hours later they responded and said I had ordered next day and ultimately they wouldn’t do anything about it. So annoying and very disappointing of this company. I have no recompense for what I believe is their websites issues. Not a particularly helpful or understanding customer services operative. If they’d responded quicker it would have been helpful as well. Decided
I’m no longer ordering from boots as many other options with which I’ve had much better customer services and looking at other reviews of this company other people feel the same.
Rather stupid of them to treat customers who are clearly being honest in such a poor manner. Use other websites if you can.

We have used the Boots store in Bude periodically as we live locally. The attitude of the staff is awful. They are unhelpful and at times rude. I thought this was a one off several years ago, but if anything they've got worse. We avoid going now and use the other chemist which is always helpful.

I bought a Tom ford aftershave on line
For £240 and it did not arrive in store
They would not give me a refund until I went to the store personally to see if it had.Knowing full well it hadn’t.The store then has to phone there customer support team to say it was not there

Online customer service is terrible.
It’s all good until it isn’t.

Placed an order that came in 2 parcels. Collected one from store but was told the 2nd one wasn’t in yet. Came back several times to collect and was still told it wasn’t in store.
Emailed customer service who told me they can’t get hold of the store and I need to check the online store locator of the store (that I had been to 4 times) to find out how to contact them, to tell them that they need to contact online customer services as they won’t refund the parcel due to high value. The parcel I am waiting for is cotton buds, toothpaste and a toothbrush head - none high value.
I don’t want a refund for the one I collected, I want it for the one that I haven’t.
I responded to the customer service reply but they have literally sent me a ‘case closed’ response.
I am going to suggest bringing CS in-house with people that actually want to help. It’s a huge company that is obviously going to profit from terrible customer service as I imagine most people give up.
I will be doing a bank chargeback and sending them the ridiculous response I received as proof.See less

My online transaction was declined, twice. I have no issues with other companies on online purchases. When I contacted customer services they were completely unhelpful and just simply repeated they could not do anything. Therefore I asked them to escalate it as a complaint and they replied saying they don't give feedback to complaints and there is nothing more they can do. Absolutely hopeless service! Terrible for a big brand, and looking at other reviews they need to sort this out as their reputation is obviously shot.

Absolutely dreadful customer service from no7 and boots I bought some pro artist skin tint and pro artist blush useless does not stay on. I went into my local boots in chelmer valley retail park in Chelmsford I went in to see if I could get a powder foundation. I thought I’d try something cheaper than my usual Chanel or Estée Lauder what a waste of money know one was interested in helping No7 customer service was worse than boots they didn’t even try. I give the sales person there due they were good at the job in persuading me in trying something new but unfortunately I was mis lead what an absolute waste of money. I will not be going into boots again I’d rather purchase from other retailers on-line if need be very dissatisfied

Placed an order online 3 times last year for click and collect at my local store with boots. Years prior, click and collect would be next day. Then it became 3 days and now delivery is anyones guess as it never comes on time to the shop. Every single order I have placed over the last year has been late or hasn't arrived so its not an anomaly but consistently poor service.

My most recent order was due to be delivered this tuesday, it's now Thursday with no update other then 'dispatched' I don't trust it will arrive tomorrow either. I luckily paid with PayPal so will just force a refund with them and will just go and buy the item elsewhere, I can get it for the same price with better ran online competitiors for click and collect at a locker (I'm not sure why I didn't do that to begin with. I think I was giving boots one last shot to prove me wrong unfortunately).

I will not be shopping online with boots ever again, it's really gone down hill.

My order never arrived, unsurprisingly. The order was fully refunded after I called up customer services and received the news that my order was likely lost. The customer service lady however was polite and swift

I would really give it zero if I could. Ive ordered from boots.com three times and twice I did not get my order on time. I ordered on 11th July and I never got it past August - no updates whatsoever other than 'despatched'. I finally got through to them on the 6th of Aug and got offered a replacement but they wasted my time to go through exactly what buttons they pressed to tell me no they cannot AT LEAST make the delivery faster. Its not my fault I ordered it a month ago to use for my August trip and its just not going to be here before then (home delivery)! Oh and the first time I went with them I never got an SMS it arrived for me to pick at store so I had to go to the store to check after I found it weird I haven't heard from them yet, give them a call for them to send it again. This is ridiculous - no sympathy and problem-solving skills to make their customers' situation better! Bad staff, bad customer service, bad system.
