Really great service from Kathryn Hailes, she's been polite and professional all the way throughout our mortgage application and has been a real help with answering our questions. Speed of replies have also been fantastic - Kath has never left us waiting. As first time buyers we've had a lot of questions and she's always been helpful and put our minds at ease. Even though he was not well along the way, he did all he could to follow up on my mortgage offer after returning to work. Santander unreasonably delayed the mortgage offer for over a month after the expiry of the current mortgage
