Bookwhen works for my small business. It allows me to set up sessions easily and my customers can book easily. It works great collecting payments with Stripe which means I am not chasing customers for payment.

Friendly to use both for clients and for business owners.
So much easier to handle all the bookings and gained so much time.

I’m a self employed yoga snd pilates instructor. I’ve been using Bookwhen for a couple of years now. I find it really easy to and very pleasant to use. It’s so much better than other sites I’ve seen or used. The customer service is brilliant. Prompt and friendly. They always explain how to do things really clearly or direct you to explanatory videos which are really helpful.

Simple to use, once you've learnt all the nuances - as with any system! Their customer service team are second to none - super speedy and helpful, and really friendly too. Nothing is too much trouble.

Bookwhen is so easy to use and well worth the money. You can easily edit events and set repeat events, which saves so much time.

The customer support team are really helpful. It's straightforward to set up and for the customers to book. It could do with a few more features, but they are always working on developing it.

Easy to use
I've been using Bookwhen for several months to take bookings for my Forest and Beach School groups, its easy to use and someone always gets back to me promptly if I have any queries. I recently upgraded from the free package and now have payment on booking which has saved me so much time in chasing people up for payments. Would definately recommend Bookwhen.
