Was directed to book an activity here. Signed up and there seems to be nowhere to try to make a booking. Frustrating. The chat option seems pretty irrelevant. Makes you feel there is no help. I will wait to attend my event and hope to book at the venue.

I really like bookwhen. It's really easy to set up and easy to use. Not just for me but also for my Clients.
I use it for fitness classes and phone consultations which is great as I can set up separate booking links for each asset. Customer service is fantastic as well thank you

I was trying to sign up and I'm inputting information as I think its telling me to do in the format it says but it will not let me. I try to get help from them but I can't get a phone line - the on line help is bots and we all know how useless that is and they say they will get back to me in a few hours.
This is when I'm trying to give them money!
What will it be like if if I have a problem if I sign up.

So happy that I chose to use Bookwhen for my community exercise classes booking platform. It has been super easy to set up, customer service has been amazing and it has been the easiest software ever for me to use. I love it and highly recommend you check it out.

I have used bookwhen a few times now and I like the ease of it all. It does exactly what it says it will do and they seem to have worked hard at not over complicating it for the user (me) and the end user (the customer).

Really easy to set up and use, and technology is not my strong suit!
Customer service is also easily accessible, quick and informative responses everytime I've needed them.

I recently joined Book Whens free trial as a new yoga teacher and their customer service is sooo good!! There is a chat function and the team are super available and friendly.

I find the platform easy to use and jig my timetable. This is just a small tour I offer as owner operator and as I get tour work from other sources I often have to amend calendar. When I did require help, it was a video call and the guy was very patient and helpful. I've ben using them for just over 2 years.

I have been using Bookwhen for over 10 years. The booking system has had ongoing development during this time, and I can see business users have been listened to with some of the great new features.

We use it for staff booking onto training and it has helped immensely to cut down on the amount of admin work this would usually entail.

They have always been quick to help with any issues I may have, and have resolved them satisfactorily.

Incredibly easy to set up and use. When I inadvertently deleted a training course support was able to rectify within minutes which was a huge relief. Easy for our members to use and integrated payments saves us hours of time.

Absolutely brilliant service - it saves me so much time taking bookings for my dance workshops. Very easy to use and to integrate with websites etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it just seems like a really good organisation. I think I have had more booking since using Bookwhen, it also makes it really easy for people to book. I really like the way that you can personalise the bookings page, and each individual workshop.
