Just set up and starting using the system for my pole dance studio. It's reasonably simple, a few limitations, but for the price, im happy. Most of my clients found is easy enough, a few struggled getting the hang of it. The online help has been good, quick responses during their business hours. Hopefully it will make my life easier now ive done the hardest part, getting my head around setting it up (im a bit tech resistant!) and getting all of my clients all set up on to it! Theres a lot of systems to choose from, I found making that choice difficult to make! But Bookwhen seems to be a good choice with my budget and needs.

I note that many of the glowing reviews come from businesses that use the system. As an ordinary user I find the booking system clumsy and illogical. I know that other members of my class feel the same, often asking our Receptionist to book for them!
The first step of booking a pass is simple and straightforward enough, but it's all downhill from there.
Having chosen my pass I then have the tedious business of adding each individual class to my basket! This has to be done using the on-screen calendars, repeatedly returning and scrolling through page after page of classes of all flavours to find the one I want, adding each individual one to the basket as I go. It would make much more sense if, having chosen the class I want, I was presented with a list of dates for that class with check boxes to tick for those I wish to attend.
I spent over 40 years in the IT industry and this booking system must be in the top 5 of the list of 'Least user-friendly user interface'.

I’ve been loving BookWhen! It was super easy to set up, intuitive to use and if I ever hit a snag, the chat function does a good job in helping out. Also, the price is great!

I have been using Bookwhen for a couple of years now and so far it has been a positive experience. It has certainly made my life easier and it a is very fairly priced booking system. Staff are always quick to answer your questions, even the Ai bot has given me great guidance out of staff hours (never thought I would ever say that!!)

I'm not the account holder, I use Bookwhen as an employee. I find it straightforward and easy to use. I can see what classes I'm teaching, who's attending and all relevant details quickly and easily. Being able to see my classes and all other classes easily makes it easy for me to plan visits to the school on non-teaching days.

Bookwhen is a great booking system for my small business, its saved so much time on administration duties which leaves me more time to do the practical aspects of my work.

Once you get the hang of the system, it's really easy to make changes when you want to. Also, the customer support is so good. You're speaking to real people most of the time (unless there's no one available, in which case you use the chat bot, but even after that a real person will get in touch with you via email to make sure you got all the info you needed). It's really a great system!

Why do you want everyone’s individual email that orders tickets and not 1 email address for a block booking. I will be sending a GDPR request as I would like to know how secure your system is against hacks etc

We are using BookWhen to manage our Gym booking system. Initially, we had some issues setting this up the way we wanted but customer support and the help pages were excellent.

We now have a fully operational system that allows users to create and manage their bookings meaning that our staff can get on with other tasks outwith BookWhen. The dream!!!

I would highly recommend this system to others.

Crowborough Chess Club run two tournaments a year and attract 60 players each time.

Bookwhen allows us to subscibe and unsubscribe easily and quickly.

The booking system allows a variety of tickets depending on whether the players are members or not and whether they wish to pay online or pay on the day.

In addition we can show all the tournament details and send bulk emails to all the attendees to remind them of the event and to provide registration and travel details.

Highley recommended and the Bookwhen cost does not keep going up.

I have tried it and it works. Once my adventure business kicks off in Kenya, I will definitely use it

I can add questions on my booking forms - photo consent, allergies and anything else I need to know without having to contact customers.

If my events are the same each week I can duplicate them and also, add discounts if people book them all.
