As a first time, self-publishing author, I was intimidated by the plethora of options for book printing, especially at the idea of working with a printer overseas. Working with Janice and the team at Book Printing China could not have been more wonderful, and a source of peace in the unknowns of publishing for the first time. Janice instilled confidence in me through her clear, timely, and effective communication. The price was the most reasonable I found in my extensive research and the quality — wow! Exceeded my expectations. I even have a friend looking to them for her own books now that she's seen their work!
Janice delivered everything she promised (6x6" children's board book with full, vibrant color illustrations), including a proof of the book ahead of ordering the full 500 unit order. Can't wait to work with her again in the coming year.

From start to finish, the company (and especially Winnie) have been so incredibly supportive and helpful. From the initial contact, to quotes, helping us select paper types, labels, packaging, understanding barcodes, helping with a file issue… honestly the list goes on and they have supported us every step of the way. Winnie has been kind, understanding and patient throughout and has always been easy to contact with any questions and quick to respond. We were given free samples to check that the product matched what we needed. The high quality of the product just wowed us and we are so pleased with the results of our teamwork! Our first large print run has gone so smoothly and the quality and care is outstanding. Truly a fantastic company to work with and look forward to continuing our partnership as we grow.

I initially chose Book Printing China because their opening contact was a form to fill, rather than offering a 'chat'. From then on, the communication was prompt and thorough. Lora was easy to work with as she guided me through each step of the way (having never been in control of the actual printing before). Any delays in the printing process were of my making (still editing!), but the initial quote remained the same. A sample copy was airmailed (part of the original deal), which was invaluable to making final decisions. Some things are better seen on a page than on a screen. I am delighted with the end result. Their product is high quality. Pricing is excellent.
However, knowing the ship's name so its progress could be followed across the high seas, and issuing a tracking number once the container/consignment was unloaded in my country, would have allowed me to follow its progress right to my door. Automatically having that information would have taken away the only stress I had through the whole experience. (I was never sure of the actual day of arrival, then only had 30 minutes notice to organise a forklift to unload the pallet!)
However, the consignment did arrive in time for ongoing commitments! Thank you for all your assistance throughout, Lora!

Lori was a pleasure to work with and even sent us a few copies of our book ahead of time so that we could send to our customers before the large shipment came in.
