1. Excellent customer service - Winnie, the customer service rep, is EXTREMELY prompt, communicative, and organised. Pleasure to work with.
2. Quality of print - I had a complicated box set of books, with complicated design details, but BPC printed it perfectly. It looks as high-quality (even more) than big publishing houses.
3. Shipping - very neat and clean shipping to India, no product damage.

This was our first project printing books in China. After doing some research, BookPrintingChina seemed like a reliable option. Freya was the person who assisted us throughout the entire process. Communication was always excellent, fast, and precise, which helped build trust. Before printing the full batch, they printed a copy and sent it to us for approval. The quality is excellent! Once everything was approved, the full print run was completed, and the books were shipped by sea. They also arranged the ground transport to move the books from the port to the final delivery address. Everything went perfectly. I 100% recommend BookPrintingChina and will certainly work with them on future projects.

Friendly and helpful communication and always prompt! This was just the start. Then came the amazing pricing, so incredibly cheap compared to Australian printing. The payment process itself was very simple as well. Delivery was seamless. Arrived on a palate like I'd ordered it from interstate. But the big question you all want answered. What about the quality? Absolutely superb. We published a similar book with a major publishing house under contract and the quality is not just comparable but slightly better, if only for the reason that we had full control over the printing details which you do not get with a publishing house as all such details are managed on the publisher's side. BookPrintingChina are a highly professional company you can trust.

Book Printing China printed my book “Arizona Birds” which was a challenging project-large format (11” x 13”), more than 500 color photographs on 452 pages and weighing more than 7 lbs and they did an excellent job. The project was supervised by Freya Lik who communicated perfectly at all stages of production. She always promptly replied to all questions no matter what time of day it was in China. The 15 hour time difference was no problem at all. Freya was professional and knowledgeable which gave me great confidence that she was handling the job. I have no reservations in recommending Freya and Book Printing China for any major full color book printing project.
