Recently I have taken few tickets through Book O Trip UK offices for my family, the entire process was so smooth and even got great deals for the ticket. Great experience
I recently used bookotrip for booking a flight , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The website is user-friendly and allowed me to easily compare prices from different airlines. I'll give them 0 rating to Bookotrip. They are frauds
I'll give them 0 to rating, but there is no other option.This is to inform you that a company named BOOKOTRIP. I purchased a one-way ticket from them through the website, and I am not able to retrieve the airline PNR: E6YJ7P mentioned on the e-ticket shared by them.
As per confirmation from the airline and their staff that the PNR was made under a group booking, which was not disclosed during the booking process. If any member of that group indulges in any illegal activity or 50% booking of that group is cancelled, then this booking will be automatically cancelled. I don't want to take any risk of being part of a group and want to separate my booking from this so called group booking.
Their staff has also clarified that PNR is a part of a group booking, I have attached screenshot from page 1 on payment page for your reference.
This is against trading standards and hopefully an actionable offence.
You are requested to take strict action against them.

I booked through Bookotrip, my flight cancelled but bookotrip denied to pay me back nor reschedule the ticket. never ever book from booko trip thinking that it is cheap. My flight is scheduled for tonight but they are saying it was re-scheduled for yesterday and nothing can be done here.

NOT a REAL company. It's an Indian Scam
They try to scam costumers by saying the airline doesn't accept their credit card. Then they ask for a photo of the driver's license, then the passport. Then they say payment doesn't go through and to "E transfer" the money to a private account.

My round trip from Vancouver to Thailand was a horrible mistake. They have no idea of the rules entering Japan or the connecting airports. They DO NOT HONOR the flight credit, they owed me, nor do they apologize for THEIR, stupid mistakes.( THEY SHOULD KNOW THE RULES OF ENTERING COUNTRIES).. and not even email me, with terms of recovering and reusing my flight.
I had to BUY another ticket to return home!!!

Fraud. None of their email works , none of their phone number works , they are listed on WEGO , however don’t get allured by slightly cheap tickets . I lost INR 5760/-

Don't use this agency for booking flight tickets. I lost 3000 CAD. This agency service is fraudulent. They didn't provide any assistance after booking the ticket.

Stole my refund money and stopped replying
My flight was cancelled due to covid and airlines have refunded the amounts to agents including bookotrip, but bookotrip is not refunding the money to the customers. I have been following up with them for months now but they have stopped replying to my emails. They are thieves stealing people's hard earned money

They don’t refund money
They don’t refund money back to the customer, don’t fall for their trap of cheap tickets, they go my money from airline but it is been now 9 month and they don’t refund back my money.
