These guys are an absolute joke, I tried to register and after 15 minutes they disabled my account. No reason why, never had an account with them saw they have a good rating on SBR. Went to Live chat, no phone available, and they tell me:

"We don't want your business" Some customer service this.

BEWARE, glad I didn't deposit. DOn't want to leave any money with these scammers.

I deposited 500 dollars via bitcoin and before I could make my first bet, they disabled my account.

I contacted their live chat and they will not tell me any details of why my account is disabled nor will they tell me when I will be able to withdraw my funds.

They are scammers and by far the worst online casino I've ever dealt with.

Avoid them at all cost.

Resolved, and I got my money back. I would still avoid them. There are far better sites out there.

Take it from someone who bet on this site for years, they're scumbags. When I finally went to withdraw some of my money they make it impossible. To withdraw $50 they told me I had to pay them $50. Scammers and scumbags.

I made various deposits that were all cleared by my bank but they run each deposit twice which caused my account to go negative. Its been 2 days and they still haven't released the funds.

3.77x. The website signaled the bet completed in the bulletin by turning it green. I did not check whether the bet had actually entered open bets, as I never imagined it would happen. I ended up protecting myself from this bet on another site (because at betcris I was no longer opening odd) trusting that this bet had really entered, when I went to make the final balance I realized that something was wrong, and I saw that the bet does not appear in my history (thus I can't find the bulletin number). I contacted the support asking if it was possible to analyze the site log to see what happened and they said that nothing could be done without the number of the bet slip. I believe that every website has a LOG for each account, even for non-computed bets. This is an error on the website that does not really look like an error, but rather a way to cancel the bet without the customer being able to resort to support.

Acabei me protegendo dessa aposta em outro site (pois na betcris não estava mais abrindo odd) confiando que essa aposta tinha realmente entrado, quando fui realizar o saldo final percebi que algo estava errado, e vi que a bet não aparece em meu histórico (assim não tenho como localizar o número do boletim). Entrei em contato com o suporte pedindo se era possível analisar o log do site pra ver o que aconteceu e falaram que nada podia ser feito sem o numero do boletim de aposta. Acredito que todo site possui um LOG de cada conta, mesmo das apostas não computadas. Isso é um erro do site que não parece realmente um erro, e sim uma forma de cancelar a aposta sem que o cliente possa recorrer ao suporte.

This company is not professional, I was invited to complete a survey to receive a $25.00 freeplay. I did and received the $25.00 freeplay in my account. However they did not allow me to bet it. I tried to escalate to a supervisor, but they just said I could not bet with it because my account was closed. I even asked them to move it over to a sister company galaxysports.com and they refused. As a very very experimented internet sports gambler I would not reccomend this site.

not gonna lie I was quite surprised not more people I know in the betting industry use this site. Their limits are very good, they don't limit winners (as from my experience), and their odds are pretty good. I'm mainly using the esports market and I like most of their offers - only downsides being that they usually are not too flexible adjusting starting times, have barely any live coverage and don't add games troughout the day (so basically if two semi finals concludes and the finals are right after most of the time it won't be covered). But their HIGH limits and GOOD odds make more than up for it and make it a good place for winning & successful bettors with rather big bankroll to play. Crazy that I discovered such a good site this late.
Deposits are the best via BTC / crypto (person to person also possible but I've never used it can't comment), but what's good is that the money on your account will be in EURO, so you are not going to fall victim to a sudden drop of the bitcoin, fluctuations won't halve your bankrolls value, you just use crypto to deposit / withdraw your cash which is stored in EURO (or ur other respective currency) - which I like a lot more, since I would not wan't a big part of my bankroll to be in shaky crypto. Their verification process is no big deal nor are withdrawals - no matter if it's way more than the initial deposit - and their support is good. With that the key aspects of trushworthyness and legtitimacy are also covered by bookmaker - nothing prevents me from giving 5 starts! Great site!

Edit: Unfortunately have to decrease the amount of stars to 3 after multiple bad things happening. Limits/hit got lower, WAY lower, the site became glitchy, my lines are juiced and they voided a bet simply because it was a good marke beat for "flipped odds" while every book out there opened at these odds and books were just off evaluating the matchup nothing else - support was also incredibly unfriendly and useless to me when I wanted my bet to be honored and just kept saying their "decision was final" without any further explanation nor did I get the chance contacting a person in charge with a 3x digit IQ. Unlucky, site really got worse over the past couple weeks and isn't as winners-friendly as they claim. Still okay but nothing outstanding

EDIT 2: they also love to randomly close accounts, however u will get ur cash back. Support is useless, like living BOTS but they are legit

EDIT 3: and another friend has gotten his acc closed due to "management decision" without any explanation whatsoever. He was legit betting with pennies, so no reason to kick him. It's pure randomness. He can withdraw his remaining funds but they p*ss on their customers that much can be said.

Bookmaker/betcris (they are same) is one of my favorite books. They never kick you out for winning. If you are using the money management or picks from bettingresource dot com, this is a perfect book. Books like bet365 rush to close winning accounts (my account lasted only few months there) but betcris/bookmaker doesn't limit or ban winning accounts. They welcome winning bettors because they use the winning bettors' bets to shape their lines. I have had two very profitable years and my limits are still intact! Great book and a must have if you are a pro or winning sports bettor.
