I have spent $20k+ on this site and they will not cash out my winnings of only $1,000. This site needs to be shutdown

For the longest time I've been looking for a betting option outside of pinnacle that didn't limit on esports. Bookmaker is just that, along with offering a ton of other sports lines.

Whilst their limits and overall offering might not be as good, I still have to commend them for offering anything half decent and not kicking out winning players. Had no issue with any sort of payouts and live chat is always helpful.

The live wagering at bookmaker is trash. It will accept all sorts of wagers even if you do not agree to line changes. They won’t do the right thing either

I made a live wager on Titans +1900 vs Dolphins. Bet was accepted and later in the game I hedged Dolphins. After the game my ticket was declared void and the hedge lost obviously. This is what they told me. “In this case the traders reviewed the bet, and they reviewed the lines, and saw the line not supposed to be, so they managed to void the bet.” Never use this book.

This site is a joke they will take your money, and not give you any money back in terms of withdrawal. Do not go with this site. They are horrible. Stick to a US company.

Deposited a check for $3000 on 10/13 and it was returned on 10/18 which also made me incurr returned check fees. They asked for me to get a letter from the bank stating the check was returned and a copy of the returned check. Sent all this in and they still refuse to issue another check!

Bounced a check for $3,000 to me. This was after charging me $50 for a FEDEX fee to send. They refunded my bank fee of $15 to the account. But not the $3000 and $50. They have done a high profile ticket and told me that they will charge me $600 to wire it to me? I said you bounced a check. You should be wiring it free since you screwed up. I'm going to escalate this issue since there, "Licensed".

Last year I got my account up to $1.7M, but per BM's rules you can only withdrawl $100k per months (yes, it would take you 17 months to collect your winnings). However, you can depsoit $1M in a day, but if you want to pull it out, you are looking at 10-months. Something seem wrong here? Yes, this is by design because they know the longer they keep you in action, they will get their money back. This is exactly what happned to me too.

Also, to give you some perspective on this book and their mgmt. I've deposited over $300k since last year, and $50k last month. I requested a $1k Free Play (This is simply a marketing tool, as it comes with a 20x rollover) today and they said "No!" Seriously, $300k in business and $50k in deposits last month. That is a slap in the face, but they could careless. Their supervisors, Andrea, Barto, Eli (especially) and the VIP Specialist (no name, lol prob Mickey Flynn) is a total joke!!

Avoid a future headache and stay with US licensed books, if you can. Just avoid the Costa Rican Rats if you can.

Bookmaker claimed that all of these wagers were 'past-posted', but settled them differently March 21st 2023

The Carolina Hurricanes had 0 goals entering the 3rd period and the team total was 2.5 goals. The Hurricanes ended up winning the game 3-2 and Bookmaker did not void the wagers although they originally stated they were “past-posted” lines.

The Boston Bruins had 2 goals entering the 3rd period and the team total line was under 5.5 goals. The Bruins ended the game with 2 goals and Bookmaker voided all of the winnings claiming it was “past-posted”.

So what really happened here? The Hurricanes wager ended up losing so they kept everyone's money. There was too much money on the Bruins under and it won, so they voided everyone's bet.

Despite claiming any past posted wager would be voided win or loss, this clearly shows they lied. All bets were taken at the beginning of the 3rd period

Total scam. The “bonus” is a hook to make sure you bet 50 times the bonus before they will release any of your winnings to you.

I only wish you could give NO stars. A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL RIPOFF. I had heard this but wanted to try it myself. I ran a $200 stake up to $1150 and asked to cash out. Naturally, they harassed me for days to take my payout in CRYPTO so they don't have to pay any taxes, but I held out and insisted on a paper chack. Finally after about $100 in fees they sent me a check from the ROYAL BANK OF CANADA...real bank...but a frozen account. Check no good. They only agreed to put the money back in my BOOKMAKER account! Had 3 team 10 pt special teaser that included canceled bills game.
Their rules state a cancel game not played within 5 days is no action. Their teaser rule states a 3 team 10 pt teaser can not be reduced to 2 teams.

I was 1-0 before bills game with 3rd game tonight. I live chatted with them 2 times during week trying to get my wager refunded due to their own rules.

They told me that if 3rd game won it would push, if it lost then I lose the bet.

Therefore anyone with that game in a 3 team special teaser was being freerolled. They could only now push or lose bet. That is bad business. They went against their rules, the bills game was not a push. It was no action.

They sent me message saying management can change the rules at anytime and go against what is listed on website.

1st time bad experience with them but they have now lost my business.

Im long time with Bookmaker.eu . Although already i made BAD comment on this ( in fact i still think it was s..t from them ) , i need to say that its top bookmaker still . Comparing with the competition , i would say very good . they :
1 . didnt limit me ( although i have crushed them hehe ) , only made my bet accept time 24 seconds ( y this is bad , but i can still bet same amount )
2 . they have good prematch odds ( not best , pinnacle beat them easy ) , live odds for american sports very close to pinnacle , limits very high . On other sports odds much worse than pinnacle but still playable , like tennis moneyline , top soccer leagues .
3 . last time they verified account , with some problems , but they did , and let me withdraw big sum , they dont do stuff like i hear other s..t bookies .
4 . they have much propositions to the game , like any inning i can bet for runs , who wins , same for nba , much choices if one is interested . With very good odds . I see odds for let say 4 th inning who wins moneyline and they better odds than pinnacle . So regarding this , they one of best .
5 . i will make additional point here for some specific lines they make . LIVE TOTALS FOR TEAMS . These odds are just strange , because margin so low , that they beat for sure all competition , including pinnacle . Im just checking live totals for teams now :

don't believe the bad reviews here. They are either mad because they didn't read the rollover requirement and can't withdraw or are simply shills of other bookies. I tried bookmaker for the first time in years and ran up 240$ depo to 4800$ in 4 days, I had a 15000$ rollover requirement because of the 100% bonus I took. Everyday I was worrying a little if I will actually be able to get the money out of this book. Today I submitted the withdrawl and the funds deposited in my wallet in 30 mins! There is a reason this bookmaker does not spend money on advertising or care about advertising.

Beware of this bookmaker. They wouldn't pay you. I would like to withdrawal my $3000 and for more than a month they are throw some BS at me.
