Cheap tactics talking to people as if they are their family and steeling from them.. does everyone know that for each ticket a 30% of commission is taken from you. Just imagine if you are booking for 1lac around 30k of commission is going to his pocket. If there is transparency then he has to say upfront madam/sir look this is the commission. Here transparency is missing and he follows all cheap tricks to make you buy the ticket he wants to sell you. I don’t ever trust him ever.

Vijay Kumar is a awesome person first of all. I got a chance to connect with him where he guided step by step process to get my NIE approval. He always give response to your queries provides additional suggestions. Overall great experience and definitely recommend him.

We had to urgently travel to USA for my daughter's wedding and as all parents we had to wait for certain timelines hence got delayed in booking. Since we are frequent travelers, we were very confident that we didn't need anyone's help in booking and also since we had some credit points of certain airlines, we did bookings for Mumbai-mexico, which was not in accordance with the prevalent rules and fortunately I posted the same in one of the group created for this purpose and immediately Mr Vijay Kumar, responded saying that we will not be allowed to board and that we should immediately contact the airlines, since we didn't know him personally, we were a little apprehensive, but he sounded very sure and we got back to the airlines and realised that the booking done by us was not in order. Thankfully, we could cancel the same and get a refund due to the timely and selfless guidance of Mr Vijay Kumar. The next challenge was finding a ticket for our travel for which on our request Mr Vijay Kumar again helped and booked our tickets and facilatated our smooth travel to Cancun. A big thank you to Mr Vijay Kumar and his unrelenting patience in guiding us in all ways though many times it was not his job and bearing and answering all our anxieties and queries. I would like to share that these times are definitely different and we really need a professional for travel these days because rules are changing by the minute, which we commoners are unaware of. Highly recommended Mr Vijay Kumar and will definitely use his services in future.

I was referred to Bookflightickets on Telegram from one of the US Groups and initially I was very apprehensive about them.
