Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Don’t even bother buying from this guys. The patron seems to be always the same. You place the order, never ships, they say that they don’t have that in stock (according to them it was clear on the page, but it never was), they say sorry and offer other products, you NEVER EVER get a proper tracking number to follow your order (all you have is their useless order number) and they say that the order will arrive anytime soon, that they have delays, etc. In conclusion, don’t even bother. I’m filling the proper complaints now and asking for my money back.

Edited because they try to remove it for “defamatory”. Still, it’s JULY, and I STILL haven’t received my product (bought february). Draw your own conclusions.

August 25 Update: STILL haven't recieve nothing. They don't even reply to emails anymore. Please, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUYS.

Fühle mich verarscht!

Ich habe meine Uhr am 25.04.2020 bestellt und noch immer ist nichts bei mir angekommen.
Auf die erste Mail wurde lediglich mit der Standart Covid19 Ausrede geantwortet und auf die anderen 3 Beschwerde-Mails gar nicht.
Finde das frech und bin traurig, dass ich fast 100€ umsonst ausgegeben habe.

Falls tatsächlich ein Mitarbeiter von Bonvier das liest und es wirklich was voranbringt sich hier mal Gehör zu verschaffen, meine Bestellnummer ist die #10144.

Still no watch received after 2 months

Writing another bad review for this company. I ordered my watch on the 11th of April and I have still not received it after 2 months! After several emails regarding my tracking number they have still not responded except with their pathetic automatic responses! Its a big SCAM - becareful!

Koop niets van hen!

Eind november heb ik mijn bestelling gedaan, en vandaag de dag, 27 mei nog steeds mijn horloge niet ontvangen. In februari heb ik een horloge ontvangen ten compensatie voor de lange wachttijd, uiteraard was dit een van de goedkoopste modellen en deze bleek niet eens te werken. Als je hen mails stuurt voor uitleg reageren ze zeer beknopt en "beloven" ze je keer op keer dat het "volgende week" verzonden wordt. Uiteraard is dit nooit het geval. Sinds de overname van het bedrijf door iemand anders reageren ze niet eens meer op je vragen, het is dus één grote scam!

0 stars? I ordered a watch as a birthday present for someone weeks ago. The birthday has passed and I still don't have the watch. I don't have a tracking number or any shipping information other than "Your product "MILANO BLACK/S (41 mm)" has been sent. Track the shipment with number or by clicking here:" with no link or other information. I also don't have a response to my email, Twitter or Instagram messages. I really don't want a "we've changed ownership and now are back" stock, nonsense message. I want USEFUL, REAL information about where my order is. Otherwise, I want my money back.

Order#: 10222

To update, I still have no email as I was promised in the response and now Bonvier.com doesn't even work. So much for being back, huh? I'm claiming the charge through my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Update again: I ordered in May and still don't have my order. After finally receiving a response, they stopped responding after I got an email from Sendify on June 23rd saying it was shipped. It's now August 19th and there's been no update whatsoever on Sendify, DHL (the shipping partner) has no record of anything being sent and the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. I have never in all my life had such a horrible experience. This is how you're "back in full strength"? Really?

I've started the process of having my bank handle the fraud since it's clear that I will never receive my watch or a refund from Bonvier - an absolutely disgusting "company".

Joke of a brand

On the same boat as everyone else here. Ordered a watch and have been waiting for some sort of shipment information for over a month. The company hasn't emailed me back after I tried sending them 3 emails. They sent me an email at the end of April telling me the watch should have been delivered by then- no such thing as the status of my order still only says 'confirmed'. Been trying to get a hold of them since. This is a joke of a brand!

Mio malgrado

Mio malgrado, sono di nuovo costretto a parlare di questa azienda. In data 23 aprile avevo recensito (negativamente) questa Bonvier, precisando di aver acquistato un orologio, di averlo pagato e di non aver ricevuto nulla. Dopo tanta attesa, in data 13 maggio, il sig.Michele Bianchi, mi risponde a nome dell’azienda, rappresentando una serie di giustificazioni (modifiche societarie, improvvise problematiche organizzative, ecc.), del tutto generiche, ma che comunque ho accolto con comprensione. Risultato? Ancora niente ho ricevuto! Gradirei molto che Bonvier desse più dettagli della spedizione (quando, per mezzo di chi, un numero di tracciabilità del pacco) e non si limitasse a promesse finora non mantenute. Comunque vada, vi do comunque un consiglio: non comprate dalla Bonvier!

La pire entreprise jamais consultée

Vous ne devez vous en tenir qu’à une seule règle : ne jamais acheter de montre Bonvier. Le service client est catastrophique, j’attends des réponses à mes mails depuis maintenant plusieurs semaines et, en plus de ça, la crise a fait que ma montre ne m’est jamais parvenu.
Par dessus tout, j’attends mon remboursement depuis maintenant un mois mais rien n’est enclenché, je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Bonvier est la pire entreprise que je n’ai jamais consultée. Cette entreprise est une farce qui souhaite simplement vous tirer de l’argent et profiter de vous. Au risque de me répéter, je ne conseille à personne d’acheter une montre Bonvier.

Leggo solo adesso queste recensioni, ahimè. Troppo tardi, ci son cascato anche io. Ordine spedito (a loro dire) il 4 maggio di cui non si sa nulla (avevo chiesto e pagato la spedizione veloce, 1-2 gg). Il ritardo causa Covid è solo una scusa, le spedizioni arrivano regolarmente e puntualmente. Ho chiesto via mail spiegazioni plausibili, che ovviamente non arriveranno, dopodichè agirò senza indugio nei loro confronti.

Esperienza pessima, girate al largo.

Orologio ordinato il 24 marzo mai pervenuto pur avendo ricevuto una mail con la comunicazione della spedizione (senza numero di tracking), a fronte delle diverse mail inviate non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta che mi potesse aiutare, pessima gestione delle comunicazione, sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare.
A chi si trova in una situazione simile e ha pagato con Paypal consiglio di aprire un reclamo per ottenere il rimborso, io sono riuscito a ottenerlo.
Non farò mai più acquisti da questo venditore.

NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS

I ordered my watch on the third of april, and I still haven't even recieved any tracking information (even though they said it was sent on the 16th of april).

I have been trying to contact them for the past 1,5 months with no reply, and I have seen absolutely no trace of my package, even though the transaction went through roughly a week after I placed my order.
I have NEVER experienced service this bad, and will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend anyone buying anything from Bonvier!

Writing this bad review is the last thing I wanted, but it seems as though this is the only option I'm left, since I can't contact them elsewhere.

È un'azienda penosa che a due mesi e passa dal mio ordine ancora deve spedirmi l'orologio. Non rispondono più alle e mail, sono poco chiari e scaricano la colpa sul corriere ups che non spedisce causa covid. Non riesco nemmeno ad avere il rimborso. Non sono capaci di risolvere un problema come quello del corriere (nel caso in cui fosse vero) dalla risoluzione tanto semplice: spedire con poste. Qui ho notato che rispondono sempre con la stessa e mail sbattendosene dei clienti e dei soldi che hanno speso. Non ho parole per descrivere quanto facciano schifo. Denuncerò la situazione alle autorità competenti

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Offical complain filed with the e-commerce Department.

This is the 2nd time time I am buying from Bonvier and the service is absolute rubbish. I ordered a watch a month back and after a week I was informed that the watch is shipped.
I have sent Bonvier several emails, messaged in Insta and even tried to call to get the tracking number.
They do not reply or answer.
They blocked me on Insta and FB for asking about my orders.
There are so many indie watch companies that offer something similar but so much better service.
I would never recommend Bonvier.

Sadly I just saw the review and it seems this is going on for months now. They have a nice website which is live and no delivery is taking place.

I JUST FILED AN OFFICIAL complaint HERE IN GERMANY after reading all the below Reviews. The website needs to be taken down.

Also, "Michele Bianchi" It is a bot..the reply to each complaint is the same, and even after the reply there product is not being delivered.
