I ordered a black skirt and got a call saying it was out of stock but it was available in navy which I was happy to take. I appreciate you taking the time to call me.

The quality of all items I ordered is excellent

5 star customer service . I’ve bought many items from Bond Street Store and loved everything . Mainly the quality and style . Quirky but not the polyester rubbish u see online . Most items are cotton , liner or viscose . Substantial and different to other shops which I love . Great for the curvy figure to x

Terrible quality item could not log into send back

The quality of the clothing is excellent, much better than I was expecting. The trousers I pimurchase fit well and look exactly like the photos.
My only criticism of the company is that my item did take quite a while to arrive. Not a huge deal I suppose but most companies nowadays manage to get their items delivered within a few days.
I would order again, slow delivery hasn't put me off

Item purchased 23 April received 10 days later which was a warning flag. Returned item 25th April with royal mail and am now battling for a refund. Had I read these reviews I would never have purchased anything from this store. My advice avoid

They always provide excellent service always go that extra mile if I am looking for something in particular and returns are dealt with promptly. Excellent company to do business with

Dont buy anything from this company! I returned an item for a refund on the 9th April Tracked Royal Mail. She has received the item yet I still havent had a refund despite numerous emails sent to her.

I had ordered 2weeks ago and had not received my order, yesterday I spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for a replacement! I have just received my order. The quality of the items are great and look beautiful, so pleased with the customer care service and will definitely be ordering again!

I placed 2 orders for 4 pair of magic trousers on march 22nd and 23rd and have not received them. I have sent emails and contacted them but been unable to speak with anyone. Terrible company.

I still have not received my purchase. I go on holiday on Friday this week so if it doesn’t arrive before then I will have to return it when I get back.

Love your clothes love following your social media and I would order fairly regularly but your couriers are awful 😞. Top marks for you bottom for the couriers. Sorry xx

Improve on sending orders out on time
I still haven't received my package. This is the 2nd time it has happened Nina Griffiths-Brown.

I previously left a 1 star review, as my item was not delivered within the stated timeframe and I could not make contact via email or phone. However, it has now been delivered, via next day delivery. I’m not sure if this was due to my poor review…But it is a shame I had to go to these lengths to get a response. I want to support independent businesses, but communication is vital for customers. Pls don’t ignore emails/phone calls, it just irritates us. On a positive note the item I ordered is good quality and value for money. Thank you.
