Same bs as everyone else. Wife found them through google simply looking for T-shirts. Ordered one shirt and specifically turned down the monthly subscription offer. About 4 months later charges of $8.92 began showing up in her checking account...every month from April 2023 to January 2024 when I realised what was going on. Calling them was difficult
(of course) When I got to a live person, India / Asia, was useless trying to communicate. Had to cancel credit card to stop charges. Google should shut down these scammers sites immediately along with their ads within Google search. They are nothing more than scum!!
(edit) What is so laughingly pathetic is their same "canned" response to every revue.

Terrible customer service. I returned an item and still waiting for the refund over a month later. There is no one to call and when you use the chat function there is no one available and say they’ll respond in 3 days. I’ll never shop online with them again. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had!

Bought 12 zippy jumpsuits for my kids & looks like I got scammed as well - they sent 2 pieces of jewellery instead

I brought 2 pairs of underpants in size 14 like I was trying on a size 10. I always wash items before I wear thought they just shrunk. Have always loved bonds so I thought I would buy different type of under wear size 16 and a bra to match big mistake, the bra was the same problem got the XL felt like I couldn't breathe it was that tight. Most of other clothes are size 14 that I still fit. Also can not return if put on :( I brought the items from a store.

Apparently this garbage company won't return any international order for any reason, as I just discovered on their policy, even if something is the wrong size and you don't want a refund, just to exchange unopened, sealed packages. AVOID!

Do not buy online. They cannot be trusted. I have placed two orders online and both took weeks to be shipped. It’s very dodgy and I don’t trust Bonds anymore. It’s not ok to take over a week to ship and they are not transparent either. Avoid like the plague!

Waited 5 days now and counting for my order to be dispatched. Asked for cancellation and refund and told NO.

Not good enough.

Customers expect products to be shipped immediately otherwise just go buy from a department store.

Do not waste your time with bonds online.

UPDATE 18/11:
7 days have passed and Bonds have still not dispatched my items.

Told chat representative to escalate this case and that I am entitled to a refund under Australian consumer law.

They have created case number 01508699.

Bonds, if you are reading this - I want a refund NOW. I am entitled to a refund under Australian consumer law. I will be making a complaint to the Australian consumer ombudsman.

So they have a sale. Free Postage. Sure. But then they don't move past "processing" for a week or more.

And when you try to chat to them and ask for cancellation and refund - what do they do? They say one moment and then they disconnect.

Seriously how has this company gone to absolute crap? We all know their products have turned thinly made but if its cheap sure it'll work for the month you have it. But now, forget it. What happens when Americans buy out an Australian brand.

They can't even provide you with the products anymore! They can still take your money though!

Notice how there isn't any google review option for Bonds and it has to be in trust pilot. This American company is sneaky af. Boycott Hanes.

Bonds Miranda. I shop in person there. Over time I have gotten to know the ladies by their names. Helen, Emily, and staff. Always friendly when I walk in. I can shop online but chose not to most of the time. They know the products . I ask alot of questions about size fit and fabric. They always know the answers . I am impressed and a regular shopper there. They are polite friendly and I always walk away enjoying the experience. Thanks for doing what would be a sometimes difficult job. Much appreciated.

I have ordered multiple times from Bonds online store with no issues but I’m sorry to say I will never do it again after this last experience. I have now contacted Bonds 4 times about a shipped package that has not moved for more than 35 days. The customer service provided to me has been atrocious. They continue to avoid making any effort to refund or rectify the situation and instead suggested I try and track it down myself!!!! They seem to have no issue with the fact that I paid for something that I have not or may not ever receive. Their customer service representatives provide vague and conflicting reasons about why they will have to open another investigation which take at least 10 days each time and are unwilling to acknowledge that of course I should expect to receive items I paid for. Please don’t order from Bonds online if you are expecting even basic level customer service.

24th October 2023 my order and payment was received by BONDS AUSTRALIA and its now 4th November and est time of arrival is 7th - 9th November ,if it gets here on 7th thats 14 days. USELESS, 1 star is 1 to many.

I bought several pairs of bonds white singlets. They used to be a reputable, reliable brand. But the new singlets are way too short which makes wearing them uncomfortable. This trick to save money on material has ruined your brand in my eyes. Steer clear of bonds products; they no longer have credibility.

Order sent out completely wrong, Bonds refused to send out the correct order and cancelled it instead. Unable to repurchase at the sale price now.

Really disappointed in my experience shopping online with bonds. I placed a large order for baby clothes on 26 Sept to be delivered to my sister in NSW. 9 days later, $400+ of product still haven’t been processed and shipped. The recipient is travelling overseas from next week and the clothes will be too small if they don’t arrive on time. I’ve reached out to Bonds to check on the status and more recently to cancel the (still unprocessed!) order and got a form “computer says no” response. Really poor service; I will never shop online with Bonds again (which is a shame as I’ve always loved their wonder suits).

Edit - since writing this bonds have said they will cancel and refund the order. I will wait and see and update this review once the refund has been processed.

My order was delivered to a random wrong address for some reason and the bonds team won't refund me. Absolute scam.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was placed on 23rd Aug and was handed over to AU post on 28th Aug. This hasn’t moved from Melbourne since then as per the tracking. This is supposed to be delivered to Auckland, NZ. However, bonds customer service team hasn’t still told me what’s the process forward. How long should I wait to get a refund or if I can get a refund at all (not ruling anything out because of their horrible customer service). After several emails and online messages, they’ve just emailed me on 8tb Sept. saying they’ll launch investigation with AU post if I don’t receive the parcel by 15th Sept.!!! I’m going overseas shortly and bought these things to use there. What’s use of these things to me now??? Their international shipment is supposed to take maximum 14 business days, don’t think there is any chance I’ll get the parcel delivered within that timeframe (15th Sept) as the tracking doesn’t show any movement since 29th Aug. my order is worth 470AUD. Bonds customer service is making a joke out of it and I don’t know if they’ll even refund me 470AUD. I’m definitely never going to buy from Bonds again if they don’t sort it out and will leave this review on every possible platform because no customer deserves to be treated like this!!!
And if BONDS team happens to reply to this review, this is about online order # 529917494 and you already have my email address as I’m a Bonds & Me member, who’s currently communicating via emails with your customer service. Appreciate if you can solve this instead of just saying you guys are sorry and/or don’t have enough information

It will be so much better if the mittens bit be longer because for some reason every time when i cover my baby’s mittens on her wondersuit, some fingers pop out because the bits are too short

This is an example of a company that doesn’t embrace innovation or customer service. The online order took over two weeks for delivery which isn't consistent with online delivery expectations. It also contained undesired and unusable substitutes which is just inexcusable customer experience. The quality isnt what it used to be with material piling after a few washes. If you want to buy Bonds go in-store, or do what I have done since then; consider other brands because Bonds doesn't care about you and they aren't really comfy quality anymore.

My go to for decades but the engineered obsolescence has crossed the line with my last purchases.

I used to buy men's socks and boxers in bulk, so I'd probably wear a pair once every 10 days but they just don't last. I'd rather pay more for a reliable brand than have to replace my Bonds, even though they seem to on sale every other hour.

Bought a few things from an outlet store recently including some tracksuit pants for my husband and they started pilling after the first wash! Quality has turned to garbage. Very disappointing, will go back to buying trackies from Kmart!
