My browser autofill the country going to a The Netherlands, only realized after order confirmation, emailed CS literally 30 seconds later and was told there was nothing they could do...how is there nothing you can do? There's no suburb or postcode in the Netherlands that matches mine is Aus...absolutely useless

Horrible customer care service.

Bought an item that is only sold online, the size was wrong so I simply asked for a exchange of item - different size and they refuse to provide me the same item at the price I bought it with my voucher.

Scam artists.

Purchased 3 chesty singlets online. Brought the wrong size so I returned via post 2 of the singlets and kept one. Bonds a refunded me for 1 item not 2. I have emailed them of the error and they claim I only sent back 1 item, I even sent them the photos of the two items I put in the post. Customer service is bad and treat their customers as liars. Won’t buy from Bonds again.

i went to bonds to purchase some underwear and when i was at the counter the woman suggested i would need a bigger size. When i asked her why she thought this she said "Your a bit on the heavier side so this size wont fit your waist and physique" appalling behaviour. Not good quality products either. very disappointing

I requested an exchange for the same items in a different size, as they were purchased as a gift and unfortunately exceeded the 60-day exchange policy due to an overseas trip. As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed that my request was declined, especially given that this was a simple and reasonable exchange.

I never asked for a return or refund—only an exchange for the correct size. I believe a little flexibility and consideration for loyal customers would have gone a long way. It is very disappointing to feel that my loyalty and circumstances were not taken into consideration. Overall, I found the response quite disappointing and lacking in customer care.

I have exclusively worn Bonds trunks and hoodies for over two decades, but their current quality is a race to the bottom. Brand new hoodies are splitting open at the cuffs and pockets, and the trunk waistbands are fraying immediately. When I reached out to alert them, customer service tried to bury me in automated paperwork to dodge accountability. They even demanded photos of the trunks' care labels to stall the process—despite the fact that their cheap printing is stamped on the fabric and completely washed away after just two gentle cold washes! A care label that self-destructs instantly is a joke. They are ignoring loyal customers and hiding behind robotic scripts. I have formally rejected these items under the Australian Consumer Law. Buyer beware.

I bought a pair of light grey sweat joggers on 28th April this year (2026).
About six weeks later two holes developed about ten centimetres down from the waist band. I thought I must have caught them on something, so I just mended them.
Today I noticed more holes developing in line with the first ones, and I can see now that there is a flaw in the weave of the fabric.
I can't return them as I have removed the lower leg elastic - too tight! - and have worn and washed them multiple times.
I just wanted to say how disappointing it is after decades of buying Bonds clothing for me and my family and always being able to trust them to be made from good quality fabrics. I must add that the pair of wide legged joggers, bought the same day, are perfectly fine.

I’ve just ordered some sports clothes from their move range for the first time and I’m so surprised of the high quality. They look so flattering and softer than more expensive active wear brands.

I brought bikini undies for my daughter, 5pk and they are awful quality. Very cheap and very see through. A lot less material. I have an old pair of bonds bikini undies from 20 years ago and the quality is amazing. Yep 20 years and there are no holes, no rips. Bonds quality has gone down extremely and prices have increased. When greed takes over, quality comes down. Even the socks are very different, very thin and the sole wears out quickly. Don't waste your money.

Placed an order but didn't receive the shipment. Bond refused to refund. Seems like a common issue with Bonds lately.

Placed an order online 2 times in a row now for underwear, only to receive emails the next day saying no stock and refunding my credit card. In this day and age to not be able to accurately track the amount of stock is ridiculous. Coincidently both times they were advertising 25% off. Stock miraculously returns when the discount offer ends.

I got to the stage that i needed to write this, I have always purchased Bonds Underwear, Socks etc for approx 60 years. Today I contacted the complaint department and explained my issue with my underpants.
I used to buy with the small elastic bands with no concern,but over the last few years started to purchase the underpants with the wide bands. My complaint is that the elastic bands are no longer elastic and are useless. I have thrown away at least 6 in the last 6 months. The receptionist was very polite and courteous but could not help me due to company policy, required receipt, when and where purchased, which I didn’t keep. I always purchase the 5 pack and keep in reserve and don't use straight away.

Undies are such bad quality even the Woolies near me had the whole range on clearance.

I previously wrote a review based on my personal experience of these “very comfy” socks, complaining of the very poorer quality of the current version, having worn these socks for over 20 years. The present offering is thinner, less cushioned soles, less foot conforming fit (rotating to show bonds logo on top of the insole). On a scientific scale I just weighed the new socks compared to the older style. Brand new, unworn current version weighed 46.07 gms, while previously worn but near new older version of the same foot size weighed 55.88 gms. Plainly far less material goes into the newer socks. Shrinkflation in quality at the same price. These socks are nothing like what they used to be, but rely on advertising claiming all the same attributes.

Really poor quality nowadays. Not recommended at all

Absolute terrible mens underwear, they’re uncomfortable, fade after 3 washes and the elastic is cheap. Do not recommend at all.

Online Bonds most traumatic Online Order experience EVER & I buy constantly Online. So 3.5 Weeks later yes that long, No Goods have arrived & No Refund still. Over $106. Bonds has Withheld my monies even though Bonds was told 2 weeks ago my order was lost. Told this by Aus Post worker. I suggest NEVER buy from ONLINE BONDS EVER. There Care Factor is Zero with my experience. They Do Not Honour Their Product Sales. No Compensation for making me miss all Sales from other reputable companys to replace my missing Order. Certainly Not Honourable. Not Australian at all. Far from it.

Worst website ever. The payment never goes through. Worse experience ever.

Another Australian product ruined. Bonds explorer socks are now rubbish. Manufacturing moved to Vietnam and made with less wool and more synthetics. These will not last anywhere near as long as the original socks and easily stretch. Quality gone to make more money, in the end they will loose money, no one will buy them. After many years using explorer socks I will buy no more.....
