Product was not as described in the advert. Took ages to come as well. I emailed to say I wasn't happy, was offered a 50%refund and a discount voucher.
I am still waiting on the refund and email them every day. They said the refund was processed 10 days ago but hasn't landed in my account now 13/4 . DO NOT BUY from this company. I wish I'd found this site before I wasted my money

Absolutely TERRIBBLE COMPANY!!!
Didn't receive one item , haven't had a refund! Sent emails as goods took over 5 weeks which were only one received which is rubbish!!!! Emails sent continue as still no refund! , keep away!!!! Absolutely Awful.

This company is a scam. Ship from China, terrible quality, no refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Avoid. Trading as if a UK company but actually in China. Goods received were very poor quality. They offer an option for a full refund but ONLY if you can return the goods to China which costs as much as the items in the first place, alternatively they offer a 50% refund and you keep the rubbish they sent. I opted for the latter. However, the refund has never arrived, despite many polite emails on both sides and many promises that a refund is being processed which has been going on for weeks and weeks.

Product was terrible nothing like the picture, to get a refund I had to pay for the postage to China which was over 50% of the price and it took weeks to even receive the item, I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything form this company

I bought a jumper from them on 10th March thinking it was a “ family” business in Bristol that was closing down. Realised in ten minutes that this was a company in China and sent them an e mail cancelling the order. They replied accepting cancellation and didn’t send jumper but have not refunded the payment despite my repeated e mails. They reply back signed “Anna” and apologise saying it is “ being processed”. I have contacted my bank who have repaid me and are investigating this company.

It's a pure SCAM!
I was fool enough to buy from it and read reviews afterwards - at the same day. Which meant I cancelled my order 15 min after purchasing it. So, it has never been shipped and I thought refund would be pretty straight away. I haven't received it yet - it's been over a month. I asked for an update 2 times and in both they told me my refund had been processed. When I demanded a transation receipt as proof, they came back saying "apologies, due to unforseen delays it has not been processed yet". Basically, they lied.
Spread the word - I want this website down!!!!

Misrepresentation of what you might receive looks like it’s from uk even labelling on the parcel is uk not Bristol though so so imposter is bring in these inferior products they are awful Please beware

Goods shoddy, promised a refund, still waiting

As others have said; the product advertised was nothing like that delivered. Cheap, nasty material and the pattern was awful. Emailed back and forth as returning the item to China was not an option so they offered me either 100% refund but in vouchers or 50% refund and 60% in vouchers which I took. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything with the voucher.

Cheap item arrived not at all what I ordered, I ordered a zip up, I've received a button up awful looking thing. They're refusing to refund me the return postage cost. They were on fb as a cute little old couple closing their business, turns out the item has come from China!!! Fraud!

Cheap tat advertised as wonderful products. Returned items (tracked) to an address in UK which was on the parcels I received, only to be told that this was not the correct address and given an address in China. I was offered 70% refund but would not accept, so have contacted my credit card company and will sort things out with them.

DO NOT BUY anything from Ruby and Rose/Bond Bristol. They are selling cheap goods from China under the appearance of good quality with pretty pictures. Appalling scammers! Better to buy direct from Temu as it’s a lot cheaper and you can return goods with no penalties.

Beautiful photo of fair isle cardigan only to be sent a cheap replica. Raglan stitched sleeves with terrible sewing. Do not buy from these people. Made in China and rubbish

I am disgusted by this scam . What arrived looks nothing like the photo . Cheap, colours are completely different . When looking up how to return I find out the jumper has to be sent back to China and it’s not their responsibility of it gets lost .
Do not fall for this . I’m furious

Totally scammed!!The 100%polyester ,it even says this on the label, cardigan I paid £27 for is awful, far too big and grumpy looking. It will be a charity shop gift as no one I know would wear it!! Do not buy from these thieves!!

I’m so embarrassed that I fell for this. I swear this is the last time I will ever buy late at night from a Facebook ad. These are the cheapest-looking jumpers I’ve ever seen, and I hate to think where these scammers get their products from and what the working conditions are like for the poor people who have to make them. No labels, no washing instructions—just overpriced junk.
The designs they’ve copied are beautiful, though. 😡

!his is a scam site. the products, jumpers are unwearable. I waited weeks and now it is all going down to the charity shop. A complete fable about the poor old ladies who are giving up their Bristol shop.
These products are coming from Hong Kong and China.
Not even bothering to try to return them to China...Why waste any more money? I will make sure I buy British next time! Don`t buy from here!!
