This is yet another one of the billions of Chinese rip-off websites who claim to be British born. They choose traditional English names and add some sappy country-life-history to convince people it's an English/British site. They also lie about the quality of goods & the material they're made from. There's no leather, there's no wool. It's all plastic and polypropelene piles of poop.

You can literally buy each and every item from Temu, for less than £5/£10

Give it a wide berth. If you can't resist, at least buy via Paypal so you can make a quick refund request without having to send the junk back.... or just buy direct from Temu.

I have been waiting months for a refund on returned goods! I purchased a pullover that did not fit and was not properly finished off. I assumed I would send back to the seller who I thought was in Bristol but NO! I had to send sweater back to maker, in China, and seller was in Hong Kong. All they say is that the parcel is stuck in Customs where it has been for months. Fiddlesticks!!!

These jumpers are from China not Bristol. They are really poor quality, factory produced. Was offered a partial refund which I’ve never received. DO NOT buy from this company

I bought my jumpers thinking I was helping a shop that was closing down. They arrived after three weeks and were very poor quality. I could not find a return address so emailed and found they were based in China nit Bristol. It cost me £30 to return. After a month they said they could nit track my parcel but would give me 50% return as a good will jester. Still awaiting 3 weeks later for my money.
DO NOT BUT FROM THEM THEY ARE CONS ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

I bought from this company in good faith. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. The company is not what it pretends to be is based in China and has dreadful customer service.
The jumpers I received were really poor quality and badly made. When I followed their instructions for returning the jumpers I discovered that I had to pay to return them to China and track the parcel £25.
This all happened 2 months ago and I still have not received my money back. In answer to my latest enquiry I have been told that my package is being held in customs and it is my responsibility to find it and sort it out.
I have not received one penny back.

Giving them one star because I can’t go lower! This is NOT a family run business, it’s products from China which are nothing like on the website.
They say they’ll give you a refund but it doesn’t ever come. My advice DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY best advice I can give. They should be shut down.

I purchased 2 jumpers from this company.
They were very poor quality so I wanted to send them back & was told they would have to be sent back to China at my cost. In the end I agreed a 50% refund & kept the jumpers which have now gone to the charity shop - never worn.
The £27 refund should have arrived in 7 - 10 days. 2 months later & several promises from them I am still waiting.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They advertise as if they are in the UK but they definitely are NOT. If you aren’t happy with the goods you will have wasted your money.

Wrong item sent. Agreed a 60% refund & able to keep jumper. I purchased items in January & still no refund despite my persistence. My emails now being completely ignored.
Advert makes it look like family run business in UK sadly having to close down, but not the case, clothing comes from China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a scam. Really poor quality jumper arrived from its "closing down sale". It didn't fit so I tried to send it back and get a refund. 2 months later and I still haven't got any money back.
Going to report them to Trading Standards as they keep pretending they are in the process of returning my money but it never turns up. Do not buy from them!!

As others have said, it's a Scam. Inferior goods from China.

Once they hook you in, they, get to keep at least some of your mkney, and you have to lay to return.

If you have not had tefund and paid by Credit Card or Paypal, go through them to press for refund.

I receive a cardigan in February was nothing like the picture so asked for a refund after sending & receiving 11 emails and getting replies back saying saying it as been processed l am still waiting do not buy anything from this company.
And its June and still waiting

Very poor. I ordered a blouse and a dress from this Company which were both of inferior quality. The sizing is completely wrong and would fit a woman at least three sizes bigger! I have had to pay to return both items to China and three weeks later I am still awaiting a refund even though the items have arrived in their warehouse.

The jumper arrived wrong colour and sizing is awful. It's not from Bristol with the back story of two sisters wanting to spend more time with their grandchildren. It's from China with a cover story to suck you in. I opted for the 50% refund in early March, still nothing! I email daily but just get a polite reply from "anna" saying it's being processed. Do not buy anything from this company it's a complete rip off. Would have given minus stars if that was an option due to frustration and wasting my time. I feel like I've been completely conned.

This company is located in China and any goods needing to be returned will cost too much so forget about ordering if unsure. I ordered two jumpers and one came after about 3 weeks, it was similar to the picture but not quite the same, however it was of decent quality and wearable. Jumper no.2 arrived later and it was extremely poor quality and nothing like the one I ordered. It was so poor that I wouldn't have insulted a charity shop by passing it on. I opted for their 50% refund that was promised within 7-10 days but guess what, one month later still no refund. They have a very polite person called Anna who has dealt with my numerous emails in a professional manner, however they are not going to refund any cash and I'm putting this down to experience. It's the second time I've been conned by a company in China so I'm now wary of buying anything online from abroad.

Sent me a nasty cheap jumper. Nothing like the picture! Then gave me 3 options. I chose a full refund. Cost me the price of the jumper to return the item! And now they are refusing to refund me. How can they be allowed to run a business! No Not buy from this company.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. This is a disgraceful company. I'm not even sure the introduction on the website is true in any way so please don't get sucked in by the sob story. I purchased 2 items using money I was given for my birthday. The products are not as shown on the website, the quality of what I received was disgusting. To return you have to post the items back to china and they have to be received within 14 days of delivery date which would have cost me £30 so after postage costs I would have received a refund of around 40% of purchase price!
Instead I was offers a partial refund which as others have said I have never received this refund. I believe they do this so you run out of time to return the items and then you are stuck. After a few emails they just stop responding to you so I would advise if you get to this point that you give up as you will just cause yourself further frustration and they will not care.

Cheap nasty item..if you want a refund you have to send item back to China, paid for by yourself.

Dreadful company. Same experience as all the other reviewers. 'Anna' very polite but have still not received a refund and don't expect to. Trying to get someone to do something about this company - completely fraudulent.

Absolutely agree with all the previous comments - absolute rubbish quality - avoid like the plague !!!!!
