My brother recommend Bofin to me. Even in my age I could get the account set up. Now that I can't easily get to my bank having my money in an app is reasuring. My euro pink card has also arrived and hopefully I can use it for my holidays this summer!

After 5 years searching to have the best online account around world, specially Europe, I tested only Boffin for every points and I closed all another app and account because everything I needed all together is here.

Já faz algum tempo que uso o Bofin nas minhas viagens pela Europa. Desde que o aplicativo foi lançado, percebi uma grande melhoria no serviço prestado - eu o recomendaria para quem viaja com frequência. A única desvantagem é que as entregas de cartões no Brasil não são possíveis, embora esperadas
Only get cards was good experience
Only get cards was good experience: I had them after 2-3 days. Other operation were disaster. Time to time I could not top-up my cards. Few transfer operations were successful but other takes days and weeks and then money turned back to my account. Support team is totally unqualified: they do not know status of any my transfers, I asked them to close my account in May but it still run on July. And last straw: they close all accounts on August as they changed their business.

Very efficient user experience with Bofin Banking App. I saved money for bank transfers versus my regular bank. Registration process is fast and easy. You can top-up quickly and it is ready to use, with merchants and friends using Bofin. View of my others banks accounts is also easy. Just try it.

bad experience!!!
My suffering began on February 26. I sent money to my bank account in Greece. Unfortunately, the money never arrived. A few days later I asked for the physical card. After much trouble and constant sending of messages I received the card and the money was returned to my account. After almost 3 months ...... without a card and with missing money from my account. Fortunately now it's okay.

This platform is about to shutdown
I received an email with the title "IMPORTANT: Closure of your PayrNet Limited Account with Bofin" few days ago, It seems now Bofin is about to shutdown.
If you have account please check your email, take out your money before 5 pm (GMT) on Monday 17th August 2020.
Go back to my review, it is ridiculous that they sent a reassuring email about "Your Voice Matters" on the first of June, but then within two weeks, the service supplier (PayrNet) send an email to the user that it is about to close. At the same time Bofin does nothing, literally nothing - no email announcement, no update on social media, no update on the official website.
The one star is for "oh I am so lucky that this is not spam and can get my money back"

RIDICULOUS SERVICES and MONEY STUCK
BOFIN has issues with their banking partner and now my funds are stuck with them. They claim to have it solved ASAP and now it has been more than 6 weeks.
Despite constant followup, the only answer you got is they have referred the matter to their banking partner and they are not a financial insititution. So because of their issue, my funds are stuck and they wouldnt transfer the funds to my other account even I have requested numerous times. and the banking partner they use have no contact number beside email which I doubt they are going to respond.
THEY PROMISED TO RESPOND BY TODAY AND AGAIN NOTHING
I am taking this up with FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN.
