Body Kun Dolls 

Paying premium prices for defective products. Customer service failed to respond to me when half of my order didn't show up in the mail.
Once my order showed up 2 weeks late (in spite of shipping info saying it arrived), I opened the box to find the doll was FLOPPY and could in no way hold its pose.
The colors are mismatched, the dolls are evidently variable in quality, and the prices are far higher than a much better quality action figure that could be purchased at a low-end store like Walmart.
The stand has broken on its 3rd use and the wrists are tearing after swapping the hands carefully 4 times.

This company doesn't even rate a 1 star.
After contacting the Attorney General of New York, requesting a refund, I received my order, but it was a cheap version of what I was supposed to receive.
I don't understand how this company hasn't been banned from the USA.

I just bought one and I need to cancel the order within 24 hr please if you know how please tell me how

If I could give them a rating lower than one star I would. Bought both male and female figures and never received them. Kept getting same email saying there were delays in shipping, please have patience. After months of being unable to contact a real person, I chalked it up to money lost and a lesson learned.

Ordered two figures like two months ago. They kept sending me emails saying they were gonna ship but they haven't - I paid extra for express shipping!

Currently have a Paypal dispute open with these F-ers... I wish I had saw these reviews first. This company is freaking horrendous - They don't have any ''cancel order'' options and their customer services (I contacted them prior to the dispute) is literally non-existent.

TOOK OUR MONEY AN NEVER SENT PRODUCT
Really wish I would have looked for reviews before allowing my 9 year old daughter to purchase from this company. She spent some of her Christmas money to order a horse model. We ordered this doll on 12/25. We received a shipment notification next day stating the shipping label had been printed. Have not heard a word from this company since. I have emailed several times asking where our order is and no one has responded to provide an update. I'm beyond frustrated and now reading these reviews it looks like even if we do get the order it's going to be cheaply made and not worth the $ we paid. So upset right now. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate if they are this crappy.

Just horrible, both arms don't stay in poses. Stand to hold model has wrong sized holes so it doesn't stay together, much less hold model in place. DO NOT BUY!!

Wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. I ordered a set and the female toes were bent and the leg was defective. I emailed them right away and received auto email advising backlog and would get back to me soon. A week later, I followed up. Nothing, sent another email, nada. Went online to try to find a phone number and that is where I found these reviews. I was thinking of following their return policy and send back to them to review and determine of it is approved for refund but looks like if I do then I will be out $70 and product.

So the stuff that I ordered came super late but I just assumed that was because of the delays due to covid-19 I got it like 3 months from the day I ordered it but when it finally arrived one of the items I purchased was defective. I’ve tried contacting them 3 times to try and replace the item but they keep sending me this same email saying “we’re getting too many emails cause of slow shipping we’ll get back to you in about 2-4 weeks” it’s been like 2 months since I first sent the email and I haven’t heard anything back.

The worst type of FRAUD I’ve ever seen in my life... Not only did it take 2 months for me to get the order but it was not what I order. So apparently they used a picture from another company of a product I was trying to order. HORRIBLE! Not authentic at all...

8 months later and I’m still fighting for my item or a refund. Tracking number they provided shows the package never left their facility. Customer service barely replies to email and when they do, they give no real answers and of course there is no phone number

Don't buy it's a FRAUD
, they take your money but don't ship the product I ordered almost 6 months ago.they don't reply to m e-mail.

I ordered three of their products back in April. It is now July 30th, 2020. I sent an email to them a month ago inquiring about my order because I never got any updates nor did I ever receive my order yet they took my money. FRAUD.

I placed a order on May 16, 2020 and still have not received my order. I have tried to contact them and each time they say my order is being processed I have also requested my order canceled and return my money but Nothing either way has happened. I am very disappointed in this company. This order was a birthday present for my grandson. I will not recommend you for anything!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order over 4 months ago still nothing. Just random customer service reps with the same message every other month they respond! This is a horrible company with the worst customer service ever. Since I haven't recieved my order I requested a refund but they won't even address that. Just send the same bs message that because of covid it's going to me 2-4 weeks. That would work if it hasn't been 4 months already.

Ordered one doll, eventually arrived after 2 months. Chinese made and shipped directly from china. Box and instructions look pretty legit but the seal on box had been tampered with. Doll build quality poor, as other reviewers have said extra hands don't fit and joints are stiff, or loose and feel delicate. Do not buy from this company.

This is the worst company to order anything from I ordered a figure from this company and they charged me within 2 days and then within 3 days they send me a tracking number that doesn't even work I tried multiple times to reach out to them after waiting two weeks for a purchase that I bought and yet have no true shipping tracking availability hand crank frankly I'm truly disappointed in this company I'm tired of trying to reach out to them to find out what is going on with my item I eventually decided to ask for a refund but they haven't bothered to reach out to me from none of the emails that I have sent to them at this point in time I guess the only option I have is to contact my bank to see what they can do I'm tired of writing them email and getting no response from anyone I suggest that no one ever buys from this company or any company that's affiliated with them worse customer service experience I've ever encountered once again do not buy from these people because of you ever have an issue with their will never get back to you

Absolutely the WORST PRODUCT AND COMPANY EVER! Product broken right out of the box. I had ordered it as a gift and it was a horrible experience. Overpriced and broken. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. Order #29195

SCAM! Six months and still trying to work with customer service to send the right items. Spent $116 to get basic figures that should be less than $40 (wanted limited edition set for $69.99 and pencil case). a month ago they send my replacement order would arrive in 5-7 days. On 7th day asked for tracking number, they replied that the distribution center was still having difficulties. Again, no replacement order.

WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!

This is a scam, do not buy from them.
