Thank you Tallulah at Fenwick Newcastle for hours of professional help and guidance. The interior design service used to select the right sofa for me both surprised and impressed me. It felt like going back in time when such service was available. The whole experience from beginning to end was uplifting. Every credit to you and the team.

We purchased an Indivi 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, two footstools and a rug. The initial customer service was fine from the Chichester store, but the the sofas were delivered without feet, then when the footstools arrived later on, guess what.... delivered without feet also. Neither of the expected delivery dates for the feet were met, but this is by the by.
When we received the sofas we were skeptical that the foam in the cushions felt as dense as the one we tested in the shop. We have to turn the cushions daily otherwise the cushions look depressed and flat. In fact they are so uncomfortable that I'm considering getting a third party company to come in and look to re-upholster the interior foam to something more robust. Visually they are fine, but I've never bought a sofa I've been so disappointed with from a comfort perspective. On the grounds of that we won't be purchasing another sofa from them and if we decide to replace these will go elsewhere. A real shame as the display model seemed much more comfortable than the product we received.

I have just received my BoConcept sofa ordered through the London Westfield branch. It looks just as good as it did in store and fits perfectly thanks to the visuals provided through their interior design service.

The in-store team were always approachable and super helpful, walking me through different options and tailoring it to work with my requirements - particularly Ashley who was my main contact throughout the process. The sofa feels well built and it was delivered and installed efficiently. Overall, really happy.

Eilidh in the Glasgow store was fantastic, helping me choose the right furniture for my new property and arranging for delivery as expected.
On the day, William and Allan arrived when they said they would and installed everything without nay problems. Spent time explaining your after sales service and moved the furniture around until I was happy.
Couldn't have asked for better service from all concerned.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, unhelpful and unwilling to rectify issues on their products which are advertised incorrectly. I brought a Standard Double bedframe from BoConcept the pistons didn’t work so I wasn’t able to use the storage function of the bed at all. I was also told it was a standard double by several departments but it is not highlighted anywhere on their website that this is in EU sizes which are different to the UK. Now I am left with a bed I can’t use and am going to have to pay to sort out myself, they were very dismissive and didn’t do anything to resolve the issues.

Nathalie was extremely patient and helpful as she walked me through my options, modelled my living room in 3D, and processed my order for a new sofa. It arrived yesterday, and it is beautiful. I am thrilled with the new purchase. Highly recommend Nathalie, and BoConcept products.

The service received from Rita at Bo Concept in the Harrods concession was exceptional. I would definitely recommend and I am really pleased with both the chair and the storage unit - great quality products.

The service was very efficient and friendly, the product looks absolutely amazing (we ordered a large table and 6 chairs) , the delivery team was great, very helpful and also very efficient.

I really liked the fact that Bo Concept also offer a fitting service . Please don’t stop doing this as it difficult to get someone to do this work .

Great selection of furniture that is very well engineered ! Margot from the Westfield store made it so much more easier for us to make a decision - She was quick to understand our requirements, offer her thoughts and ideas and even sent us samples of fabric/ textures to consider! Very efficient and professionally managed!

Kataryna at Bo Concept, St Albans was absolutely amazing. She had incredible patience and was able to help me pick furniture and soft furnishings for my living room. She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to communicate with it. I would give her 10 stars!

I spent hours with my wife in the shop trying 6 different sofas and finally got the Carlton 3 seater that suit our need. Kateryna, Senior Interior Designer, was also spending hours with us on choosing the right one with her sophisticate knowledge. She also created a 3D living room to let us tried different sofas and furnitures in the limited space for a better idea of how our living room will be. Excellent service!

Great service and great products

We were very pleased with our experience at Bo Concept, St Albans. Parisa very patiently created a 3D visual of the rooms we were looking at and placed the furniture we had in mind, thus giving us clarity and confidence in going with what we chose. We couldn’t be happier with our selection- the design, fabric colour and quality is fantastic. Will definitely go back in the future!

I refer to my review earlier last week and the reply from Boconcept Canterbury today. The said price reduction (to £1,000 we paid) in the reply actually reflected one clear scratch that we were made aware of and agreed upon, whereas the missing shelf was a separate defect that was never mentioned throughout our email and phone communication with the company. It’s in fact misleading to us as they put a vase in the space that a shelf should be located, thereby giving the impression from the photo that there’s nothing missing. It’s entirely inappropriate for this store to blame us that we should have priced in this missing shelf, and hence avoid the responsibility that they should bear.

I would leave readers to pass their judgment on who’s right and what’s wrong. To me, I will just avoid Boconcept particularly Canterbury from this point onwards.
