We required a solution for a home office that not only provided practical storage but had to retain the aesthetics that ran through all other rooms in our new apartment. With the volume of content, we didn’t think this was achievable. Tallulah at Fenwick’s boconcept struck the balance we were looking for while keeping everything on track, unbelievable. The quality of the products and installation were equally exceptional. Highly recommended.

We had been looking for the perfect table & chairs for months. We then stumbled across BoConcept & found it….!! Not only is it perfect the customer experience was faultless. We will definitely use BoConcept again, from showroom to delivery we have been nothing but impressed.

We found the Bo Concept design service (provided by the concession in Fenwicks of Bracknell) very useful. Unlike some such services, it came without strings and did not have to be holistic. It helped us decide which items we needed, which items would work best and which items matched our taste. We have always admired Bo Concept furniture and the current range is very stylish and contemporary but not "wacky". Whilst it is not cheap, the prices seemed more affordable than has historically been the case. We are very pleased with the wide range of furniture that we purchased and the designer, Luminita, added enormous value to the process without being in the least bit pushy.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us with our choices for our new furniture and was ready with suggestions for paint colours to go with our carpet. It all worked brilliantly and we are totally happy with the results.
The delivery was hampered by an unexpected breakdown of the van but the driver managed to deliver despite this. He was brilliant.

We used BoConcept Redbrick Leeds for the design, supply and install of our lounge from a blank canvas.

Uwais, one of the store's interior designers, was fantastic. He designed and rendered something that met our needs, and we were confident would come together well.

After a few weeks lead time, everything arrived as planned. The installation team did a fantastic job of putting everything together (including wall mounting) and taking away all waste. It was completely hassle and stress free from end to end, and has been one of my best experiences of any company. I'd highly recommend.

We received first class service from Puneet Saini at Westfield. Although we knew what type of sofa we were looking for, Puneet patiently went through all options in terms of configuration and fabric choice. He was professional throughout without being pushy. He was genuinely interested in ensuring we got what we wanted rather than in just closing the sale. It was a great experience.

I purchased a lamp from Bo Concept in St Albans which had to be sent to me in Scotland. Nima, the Store Manager there, was excellent. Very helpful. I paid and sent the postage label and they took care of everything else. Lamp arrived safely and quickly. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Products are high-quality and customer service is incredible. They really follow-up and are very responsive to any question / special request we may have. That makes a huge difference. A special thank you to Rita with regards to this !

Please DO NOT buy. There is very poor after sale customer service. They sell it to you and then you are on your own. If you decide to relocate or move your furniture, it’s not possible to find a fitter who’s familiar with the brand. And BoConcept are refusing to assist by saying they are not providing after sale services. Spoke to Kingston branch

We purchased our Bo Concept Sofa overseas and moved back to the UK recently.

In the move some of the sofa's supporting springs came loose during transit. Despite the overseas Bo Concept store not being directly linked to the Bo Concept stores in the UK, the team at Concept Living Ltd (Tracey in particular) provided amazing after care service.

Tracey arranged for a specialist upholstery company to attend and inspect our sofa, who recommended the springs be replaced. Upon receiving the upholstery company's recommendation she arranged for replacements and the upholstery company to fix them...all for free! Tracey also proactively followed up to advise us of next steps and also made sure to reach out following repair to ensure everything was ok.

We have no hesitation in recommending Bo Concept, Concept Living and especially Tracey, a real star!

Recently, I bought a piece of furniture at the BoConcept store on Tottenham Court Road in London. The whole customer experience from purchase to delivery was excellent. In particular, I was served by Parminder and the level of support that she provided was outstanding.

We have had a few issues with a sofa ordered from yourselves. Have spoken with both Tracey and Chloe. Both of whom could not have been more helpful, understanding and committed to providing the reassurance and support in addressing the matter in a satisfactory way.
I just wish the sofa had not had so many issues.
However with regards to the professionalism, understanding and speed that both Tracey and Chloe have shown has been most impressive and greatly appreciated.

Very impressed with Fiona from Bo Concept at Fenwick’s, Newcastle upon Tyne. She came to our house and helped to design and select furniture for our new extension. She also brought an items to the house to check sizing etc. Excellent service and quality products.

Just ordered a sofa and chair. Becky at Redbrick Mill has been really helpful and patient, ensuring we have the best design and layout for our property. We never felt under pressure, Becky was there when we needed her and gave us space to decide. The showroom is lovely too so the experience was a pleasure.

For 15 years I have been gradually expanding my collection of furniture and accesories from BO Concept, Redbrick Mill near Leeds. There’s a lot of choice across the mill however I always go back to BOC as the quality is incredible and the price is on parity to it, especially when compared to specific stores which are exclusive to London. I can highly recommend Becky who is one of the best interior designers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If you purchase multiple items and ask nicely the team are only too happy to repay loyal custom.

Professional and caring service from beginning to end. I used the interior design service and found it very efficient and helpful. The designer Cindy came to my apartment the next day to take measurements and helped me make helpful decisions about the furniture and fabrics, etc. She was always easy to reach and very friendly.

I especially appreciated BoConcept’s professionalism in dealing with minor problems that arose. I was very happy with the manager Darius who was supervising everything including the furniture installation. He really put my mind at ease. The installation team was also excellent. My apartment looks beautiful and I am very happy with the furniture.
