Bob's Sports Chalet Anmeldelser

Quick delivery to the middle of nowhere. Thanks so much! They work great for snowblowing 👍

Great prices. Quick service

Customer service is superb! Shipping very fast with great follow up emails/tracking!

I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with my experience with Bob's Sports Chalet that I had share my experience. I have been wanting the North Face Nuptse Chukka for weeks but they were all out of stock on the north face official website. When I was able to finally order my size, I waited WEEKS only to get an email saying that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. I found bobs sport chalet online and though I never heard of or ordered from them before I decided to give it a shot and my order literally came in 3 days!! The package and shoes arrived in great condition and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ordered 2 Burton accessory cases for my twins for Christmas. 2 different colors. Two of the same were sent of lesser value than ordered. Reached out to have the correct item sent that also cost more than the item sent. Was told they would not resend the item until the wrong one they sent me was returned to them. Once that was received if the original one that cost more was still available they would then send it. A mistake on their end…. These were Christmas gifts so instead I just kept them but the person I spoke with was so rude!!! Very disappointed with customer service.

Price and delivery

V easy working with this company

Bought a North Face jacket. Was sent one without a hood. Emailed directly and through their website, no reply and it's been a week. Called the phone and it keeps saying "No one is available to take your call".

So no way to return a defective product. Buyer Beware.

Bob's Sports Chalet has a great selection and their prices can't be beat. My purchase was shipped quickly and arrived in no time.

I had to call customer service about the item I was interested in and had a very positive experience. I ordered with confidence and I was not disappointed. The shirt got here sooner than expected and was great quality. I won't hesitate to order again.

I received the item I ordered in a timely manner. I am pleased.

The ordering process was very easy, the website was well designed and intuitive, the notifications were clear and helpful, and delivery arrived right on time exactly as communicated.

Nice, but color wasn't what I expected based on the description. Quality of the jacket is good.

I did not get my full refund. Will not buy from you again.

Didn’t get the order I paid for

Appreciated the timeliness of the delivery and that I was able to speak with a knowledgeable person about the backpack and shipping options.

I have not opened the package yet as it is a gift for my son. Next week is his 50th. What I loved is that it arrived in 2 days.

There was some lag getting an update on it shipping, but after that all good. Arrived early and they let me know when package had arrived. Thanks for still having a pair of my discontinued shoes!!!

Received exactly what I ordered — great pricing! Very satisfied.
