Yesterday, I received the personalized bobblehead that I purchased for my husband's retirement.
I was so pleased in how it turned out and in how similar the bobblehead looked like my husband. My husband was absolutely thrilled and loved his surprise!
Steve in customer service was awesome to deal with and sending me proofs to approve before sending me the bobblehead that I purchased. I even received the bobblehead on the day my husband retired which was even more impressive for I was not expecting it until a week later.
I would highly recommend purchasing from this company and will refer family and friends to purchase from here.

I've received the bobblehead today and it came out exactly as I was expecting and more...the client service was impeccable they listened and answered every single question I asked.. I ordered bobble head for our company staff, Steve is really helpful and patient all the way through proofs till final confirmation. When I received bobbleheads, they looks so cool and extremely good quality...it's amazing they can catch people's key character even the smallest details...I would recommend Bobbleheadz to be your choice when you want to order.

The website didn’t work for me and instead I communicated with customer service. I asked (and paid) for fast turnaround and they got it done, even after I asked for more changes.
To note, I am a Canadian customer and after the fact I did get a bill from customs for duty.
After all that I can still say that I would recommend the website as the product spoke for itself. It was a massive hit!

I contacted Bobbleheadz as they had exactly the idea on their website that I wanted. I ordered way ahead of time so I would be able to give feedback and get adjustments made to their proof before the final product was sent out. They were very patient with me and I love the final product. It is going to make a fun gift!

Absolutely amazing! I tried or order cake toppers from other companies on a rush order short notice and ALLLL other companies turned me away! Wouldn’t even try to accommodate or work with me! Steve from bobbleheadz was the complete opposite. He got my order to me in the quickest time possible, looks amazing and unique to my pictures, and it arrived on time in 4 DAYS!!! Thank you so much as you saved my wedding!!!

While the delay in communication was a bit concerning (apparently they are quite busy), the final product was awesome. Our buddy who was retiring and received his bobblehead was blown away by the likeness, let alone the uniqueness and thoughtfulness of the gift. I would recommend bobbleheadz but make sure you give yourself a few months lead time for the order or you could be disappointed.
