I paid $34.59 On this Test First time Passing It took Only 3 - 5 Weaks i recieved my Florida Boating Perment Card on July 2and

All u gotta do is Pay for the course Once u pass u get it issued by the FWC Wildlife and give them ur Birthdate and When u Passed the Test. i see a phiew of u Making Bad reviews cause all yall Aint Issuiing yall card and making sure it arrives it takes about a Month or 3-5 Weaks

On 2023-02-02 I paid for and passed the exam and was emailed a temporary PCOC which expires after 60 days after issue. I was advised that I would receive my permanent card in the mail. It is now the middle of June and I have still not received my card. All recent attempts to call into 1-866-688-2628 to report my problem, over the course of the last two days, resulted in a recorded msg. stating that they have experienced an outage and to try back later.

Good luck with customer service. They abandon chats randomly. Very rude.

I bought the exam and started the course. The next day I logged in and the course is gone. Customer service said I have to do the course on an iPhone with the app. Which is fine, just wish there was an online version for my laptop that worked.

I was provided with login and coupon to apply (after paying for the full course through safeboat) . When applying coupon the page became unresponsive and customer service was available ("due to outage")
Tried to log in and it required another duplicate payment after which the page was unresponsive and course material did not load.

Easy and fast class online.Get your card faster and drive that toy on the water . :)

I recently just took the boater exam and passed! Received my Permanent boating license Friday so I just wanted to say I recommend this class. It was easy and very helpful! Would give them 5 stars all over again!!

I passed the test last year and printed out the temporary card. After contacting them twice by phone and being told it was in the mail, I still have not received my permanent card nearly a year later.

This company is a complete scam. They do not issue the legit card. Do not spend your money here. They willl tell you to wait for your real card. Then after waiting they told me i waited too long and I would have to issue a new card and that i waited too long to get the issue resolved so I have to pay AGAIN for a card that never came. They do this to everyone. Scammers.

I wish I read these reviews beforehand. I enrolled in the Safety at Sea course. I tried to log in and like the other reviews, I got an Error 500 message. When you call the call center, you get someone who sounds like they are talking on a cell phone, not at an actual office. Several times I was told that my ticket was being escalated but no one called me back. They took my money, knowing full well that the Safety at Sea course was being taken over by US Sailing. Do not take a course with this company!

I bought the course and upgraded to the iLearntoboat option for $64.95 on November 11. At the time of writing this review, I have not been able to get in a take the course. I keep getting Error 500 no matter if I go in via boaterexam.com or iLeartoboat.com or mobile app. I had called after a week of trying and got a female support person (forgot her name) and she could not give me an answer for resolution ETA. I decided to give it another week and still no resolution. Tried calling again and got no one. Sent an email to the support email address - Julia O respond on 11/18 and said to try the mobile app but that did not work. Tried calling again and again. Sent more emails and no response. My last email (sent today) was to request a refund. I really do not understand the horrible support, and I can't see how they have a 5 star rating. You need to investigate this company and adjust your rating appropriately as the behavior appears to be a scam.

Customer service is horrible!! I been dealing with a issue with Boater Exam not sending my licensing paperwork over to my state, so I can get my official license. This issue has been on going for over 5 months and still no resolution. Every time I try to speak to supervisors, they “none available”. Don’t use Boater Exam!!!

Good course content. Upon competing of the class I did not get a temporary certificate as the link to it was bad. Contacted the company who a month later advised "in Massachusetts the class could only be used as a study guide" and that I would still have to take an 8 hour class sponsored by Masachusetts Environmental Police. they did not disclose that up front. Wasted time.

I took the test and passed but never received my license in the mail, waste of money.

Loved the videos, so much easier to pay attention and remember everything

I myself and couple friends took this course and paid up front. We all passed the course and got our "temporary" certificates that said we would get our permanent cards working 5 weeks and its been over 6 months and still no cards or a response from them after trying to contact them. Check their BBB rating I wish I did before I wasted my money.

The Exam was very thorough, take your time.
