The information was provided in a very comprehensive yet accessible way that kept my attention and taught me what I needed to know to pass the test. The fact that the test was online and that there was a practice test if you wanted one was helpful. I actually meant to take the practice test and accidentally hit the link for the real test by mistake, but it went well and I didn’t have to do it more than once which was a great time saver.

Getting spammed. The course was fine and I completed it without issue. My problem is now that though I have completed the course and received my certification, I CANNOT get them to stop spamming me to my e-mail twice or three times daily trying to sell me the same basic course I have already taken. Be aware that once you provide your email address there is no obvious was to opt out. I have written to their customer support without any response.

Just better informing us on when we get our actual license

I completed the course and they said I had to pay again which I did, and still got the same message asking me to pay again. Never got my certificate.

It took way to long for the license to actually show up.

I haven’t received it, it hasn’t been delivered.

I needed the course, it provides very good content. I’m happy I took the course. Not sure I would change anything

website sucks i paid for my course and couldnt access it i tried to contact customer service for over an hour with no luck. i will just dispute the charge and use another website. customer service sucks un able to contact them would not reccomend this company for anyone

Easy to follow, clear and concise. Gives great information to take with you.

Learned some things that I did not know and feel more informed to boat safer

Still do not have the physical boating license. There is no option to contact you. No-reply email. No phone number.

I enjoyed the self paced style of the course and the information provided to the student. I only have one complaint. In the videos shown in the course, I found the women who helped teach to be inappropriately dressed when they were in swimwear. I realize that they were not in regular swimwear with the life jackets on, but I believe that every step should be taken to make the course 100% clean and professional. Thank you.

The videos and pre-quizzes really helped to set me up for success. By the end dog the course and the quiz/test I felt confident that I am now a very informed boater.

Easy to follow and audible timers on each page helped to keep the flow going. Good unit quizzes helped with final exam. A couple of questions in one of the early modules was information covered later in the lessons, but it all worked out okay

Do not waste your money on Boat-ed. I lost $120 to them. We were on vacation and my children wanted to rent jet skis. They attempted to do the program both on an iPhone and a computer and the Boat-Ed program froze every time and would not move past certain questions, therefore not allowing them to complete the certification. Completely altered our vacation plans, and now they will not refund me my money.

Excellent course and curriculum. I learned things I’d always had questions for.

Do not fall for this! They continually ask you to upgrade.In other words spend another fifteen dollars to take a faster course after already paying forty five dollars. The practice scenarios/ questions are set up terribly. I can't even visualize all of the answers, so even though I know the answers I still get them wrong because I can't pick the right answer since it doesn't show up on my screen. Now i'm gonna just have to eat the forty five dollars and find a different class that I can take, because
there's no way to get a hold of any one.
