Easy to find a boat that suited our purposes. A lot to choose from but very clear descriptions. Our boat met its description perfectly.

The selection of charters - both the variety of boats and itineraries - was impressive. Booking was incredibly easy, and once we put down our initial deposit we were connected directly with the charter company. Our charter was a sailing trip with PalmaYachts out of Cascais and it was absolutely wonderful, one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon..

The owner of the boat charged me extra from the original price.

The owner claimed boat damage days after our charter was over.

Their cater claimed we owed more money once the charter was over.

A perfect day on board. Stavros took us to see different islands and coves only accessible by boat. The food and drinks provided were delicious and presented so beautifully; I was even presented with a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise.

Great day on Bermudas waters with Capt Schmitty and Connor. They tailored the three hours we had to what we wanted to do. Could not have worked out better!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this website. My reservation (1528800) for a family boat trip was canceled by the captain just a few days before the scheduled date, claiming there was a problem with the vessel. My children and I were very excited and had been planning this trip, especially because it was a special occasion for our family—my birthday.

What is most concerning is that, when I searched again, I found that the exact same boat/captain was available for the 31st, which is the exact date of our original trip, but at a higher price than the amount I originally paid.

I find this situation extremely suspicious and disappointing. I am sharing this review to warn other customers to be very careful when making reservations through this platform.

BoatBooker is a company that I can easily recommend 100%. From the very start they were quick to respond to my booking questions and very helpful with the topic. My family had never booked any boat tours before this most recent trip to Saco Maine. Using BoatBookers took away any stress, confusion and anxiety we had. Great company that we will definitely reach out to again next year!

They block you from leaving a review if you don’t finish the boat trip, but you can’t review the fact that they left you on the dock for an hour and never showed up. Don’t rent from they especially the boat REVEL in Destin Florida! David Stowe is the owner!

Great experience, easy communication real time follow ups, made the process of booking and providing updates very easy

We have had a bad experience with this app. Very quick to confirm booking and take deposit but when we got to the port the company did not have our booking. Spent 2 hours trying to sort and then went back to hotel. Boat booker app did not respond at all to our message for hours and the phone numbers on the app didn’t work for us. Eventually they got back to us, said there was nothing they could do but refund the deposit. Wouldn’t book through them again.

I truly appreciate having a platform like Boat Booker to easily browse and select from multiple trusted boat services while planning a trip from the US. It gave me great peace of mind making arrangements for my family ahead of time. The service itself was excellent once we connected, and I highly recommend using them.My only critique is the timing of the detailed trip information. I received a booking number immediately, but the actual meeting location and specific details were not emailed until a couple of days before the excursion. Because I was already on a cruise ship without an internet or phone package, I could not access my email to find out where to go. Fortunately, I remembered the name of the boat service, walked down to the pier after disembarking, and managed to find them on my own.I strongly suggest that Boat Booker sends out full logistical details immediately upon booking. This ensures travelers on cruise ships or in remote areas have the information saved offline before losing internet access. Overall, it is a wonderful service that just needs a small tweak to its communication timeline!

This is a fantastic company and they took our girls trip out for a day on the water and were really nice trustworthy and informative

Best day of our vacation!! Great, friendly, fun crew took great care of us (group of 11) showed us the sights for snorkeling, turtles, pigs, and more. Great time!!!
