The best company for renting cars on costa del sol

Used bMet in Malaga for the first time - bit anxious about that but everything was fine. I really like the fact that you agree the total cost (which includes all insurance) before. No card blocking before the booking. They contact you only to give you meeting instructions (very clear) and the car is just across the road. Plane was late so texted them. Quick reply, no problem

We rented an automatic and it was a decent car. Return with same amount of petrol as it went out. Paid with credit card and the guy's portable terminal at the car. There's a printed card to explain where the P1 return car park is - suggest you use Google maps before just to see. It's about 100m past the main rental block. On return we followed the instructions and then took the lift to level 2 for a 3min walk to the departure terminal. All very easy.

If we return to Malaga then we will definitely use bMet again - that quick getaway upon arrival is important!

Went to Spain 8th Oct was met at arrivals walked 1 min away from the door where the car was waiting 5 mins later was driving away. Paid nothing till I got the car then paid cash.

We used Bmetcarhire in March 2019 for a weeks break to the Costa Del Sol. No payment was made until we collected the car at Malaga airport. The Pick up was straight forward, with us being met at the departure lounge and taken directly to the car in the car park outside of the departure lounge. The rental was paid for in cash which included all insurances and waivers (normally additional scams). The gentleman meeting us was professional and courteous. The car, which was not new, was more than adequate and included air con and sat nav even though these had not been specified. The cost was very reasonable. The whole process and hire was a very good experience with no issues. The reason for the delay in posting this review was mainly due to my scepticism and wanting to ensure that there were no issues after my return.
I strongly recommend this company for a fair car hire.

Did not pay ANYTHING until got to Malaga meet the guy who took me to the car signed paperwork took the 222 euros and THAT IS ALL no other payments were deducted even when I curbed the wheels and reported this sending pics with explanation they said do not worry and promised they would not charge just needed it for their insurance.

This company is a decent car hire company a dying breed!

Fantastic, we struggled to get a car big enough from our usual car hire company Malaga Car.
After searching the internet for an alternative from a company that did not do the usual rip off for insurance, fuel, child car seats and the rest of the scams Spanish car hire firms often try I came across bmetcarhire.com.
Great fixed price, helpful man at the airport, short walk and straight into the car, paperwork done at the car in 5 mins and off we went. I will only use this company in the future unless they change their pricing.

We booked online with BMETCARHIRE to rent a Citron Bilingo from 29th April to 6th May 2018. Having checked several other companies at the airport, and within the local surrounding of the Malaga airport, we found BMETCARHIRE to be offering the best car hire terms and condition. We were meet and greeted at the lobby by their representative and taken to the airport car park. All paperworks and car documentation were handed over after our car inspection. The car also had almost full tank of fuel and the arrangement was to return the vehicle with same amount of fuel. There were no hidden fuel or insurance charges unlike many other rental companies hiring where only the basic insurance is included with the rental. To cover for the full insurance you are expected to take out a top up insurance costing additional money. There is no such commitments with bmetcarhire as the car is fully insured with no additional premium. We found the arrangements very straightforward and with no hassel or inconvenience.. The car return arrangements is very simple as they will give proper direction of the location where it has to be parked and they will take care of parking charges. I recommend them as we found the company to be very efficient and friendly. We will definitely use them again as their service is spot on.

100% Customer satisfaction. Just came back from Malaga and had the best experience of customer service. All the main brands are not even close. Easy process, no hassle rental and fuel policy. Real value for money. Will definitely use them in the future.

After our previous experiences of cramped minibus transfers, queuing for hours, impossible fuel policies, high pressure insurance sales, money being taken from our credit card to pay for "damage" that did not exist ( our punishment for not buying unnecessary insurance?), high deposits and ridiculous insurance excess. We found BMet. Met in arrivals lounge, short two min walk to car. Quick paperwork and we were off. Had to return with same amount of fuel as we picked it up with. Dropped car off in car park, again two mins walk to airport.
Even better, if it can be, the car owners, Cafisa found our friends wallet that had been dropped in the car. Friends were based two hours drive away Cofisa agreed to drive half way to meet them to hand back the wallet. You cannot get service better than this. We paid €178 for a week . This included paying for after midnight pick up and late evening drop off. We had a Berlingo that included satnav. Car was great.

As title, clear honest terms and conditions, no deposit, no extras at all, no blocking of cards, the price you get quoted on line is the price you pay on arrival, collect car with what ever petrol is in it and return with same, maybe not the cheapest, but when you have added the extras on of other car hire company's, I think good value for money, would not hesitate to recommend, great customer service, keep up the good work guys
