Hi, I must say I’m really impressed with the quickness and efficiency of the customer service that I’ve recently received and would like to mention Joe and Jack and thank them both.
I recently had a new door fitted and had to change the lock over which was fairly easy, however for some reason I couldn’t get the lock to work properly and after a couple of hours and following the Blusafe video I had to admit defeat.
So it was late Friday night so I made a video of my issue and sent it in to Blusafe not expecting a reply before the Monday.
I was amazed I had a reply the next morning from Joe telling me he’d seen my video and identified my problem which was down to the new lock being fitted with an offset cam. He informed me he’d ordered me an off set drive bar and would post it to me .
I honestly couldn’t have received a better service.

Thanks so much the quick response and support was first class.

Great padlock, feels strong and secure.

The set up was slightly difficult only to register more fingers, the admin finger print was easy to set up.

Of course this is not an unbreakable lock, but it’s strong enough for what I needed.

Purchased an origin smart handle after having issues with the Yale conexis L1 and have had no issues. The handle looks great with fantastic build quality. I'd highly recommend the origin smart!

Origin Smart failed 3 times over a period of a few months (first installed in August) leaving my front door unable to be locked overnight. Had another lock installed by a locksmith on the 3rd failure, three chances are enough I think, it was 1-2 weeks before Blusafe response on the final failure. No refund received yet as requested. Blame is now on my door and the weather?! Terrible customer service. Small claims court being the next step unless refund received.

Fantastic product that suited my preferences. I emailed the team and communicated my environment. The team expertly suggested a lock to suit my needs. Extremely pleased and will be utilising them again.

UPDATE - response to Blusafe reply - try listening to the multiple messages on your answer phone which you have ignored for the last week. It has our contact no on it. Do not ask me to make contact again with you when you do not respond anyway.
Do Not Buy this product. I bought the Origin Smart Lock and it broke 4 times in 18 months. When it breaks you cannot lock your door. The 3rd time the locksmith sent by Blusafe changed the lock mechanism which cost another £200 and said it would solve the problem. Now stopped working a fourth time and I have had it removed. Cannot get hold of Blusafe. Do not return multiple calls, on line chats, emails and locksmith did not return my calls either. Steer clear of this company

My initial enquiry before I purchased was answered very quickly and assured me about the lock suitability for my door.
The fitting of the Origin was straight forward and relatively simple. Reading the instructions carefully and sorting components out beforehand was a good move. It took me about 35 minutes to install and I encountered no problems at all. Setup was simple.
So pleased with the product, I purchased a second Origin and again, no problem.
I also have fitted a Breeze to an internal door and, as above, no problem.
Overall a good experience and all functioning well and as expected.
A very satisfied 71 year old and gets the thumbs up from me.

Fitted to my door with ease and has honestly been a delight. No need for keys and able to let my dad in and out from wherever I am in the world

Rubbish product, even worse customer service.

We have been trying to get help with the lock for months and no response.

Now locked out of house. When we get in the blusafe lock is going in the bin

Had my origin lock for around 18 months, with Internet connection.

The lock is good but for the fact that, for us, fingerprints just fo not work. However, the key dongles work absolutely fine, as does Bluetooth and Internet unlocking, albeit one needs to be patient!

Poor device and poor support
I have had a Origin Smart doorhandle for 7 months. I have 3 problems:
1. I have never been able to connect to it via bluetooth. If I didn't have the hub, I would have been locked our very frequently as it often doesn't recognise my finger. This is despite the fact that I have registered the same finger more that 20 times. It only allows 4 incorrect scans and then says "Usage limit exceeded, please try later". If the internet is down, you are stuck outside. If you don't have the hub, then you're stuck anyway. I have tried many times to connect again with bluetooth, taken out the batteries and put them in, everything I can think of. No luck.
2. The support are just no help. When I did once get in contact, they assured me that because I was connected through the hub, it would share my bluetooth connection. Then the internet was down, and I was locked out. No bluetooth. I have been ignored by support many more times.
3. The usage limit exceeded thing. I have 2 fingerprint padlocks, and they always work within 4 attempts. Why not the door handle. Incidently, the second fingerprint padlock is not Blusafe, was half the price and is much nicer.
