Either a scam or bad management, still unsure. Order never arrived and no customer service. I put in an order for the Origin Smart lock and they gave me a shopfiy link to track. The tracking never updated and i sent messages using their online contact form and email, no response. I tried calling over whatsapp, no response. I messaged their parent company. No clue how to get a refund or get another one shipped out.

Do not use. I purchased a lock and within months it was faulty Ive tried in vein to contact them to arrange warranty refund and have been unable to get any response.

Requested for refund on 3 mar 2026 while it didn’t fit. product returned safely to Blusafe on 31 Mar 2026 by DPD, but no refund so far after six months time.

Ordered the Apollo door lock along with the door sensor, it arrived the next day,
After a watch of the installation video I got to work, took roughly half an hour from start to finish. Setting up was easy, but had a little trouble with the door sensor, but one email to customer services and it was all sorted.
Really love the ease of operation and the features that now make our lives a little bit easier and secure. Id definitely recommend getting one.

Very early days with the product so only time will see if it is a robust and reliable handle, but so far, so good. Very easy to fit and seems of good quality although I'm not sure it's quite a sturdy as my old Yale KeyFree connected handle which lasted 16 years - Time will tell. Knocking one star off as the first handle was faulty, BUT contrary to some reviews on here their customer service and support was exemplary and they dispatched a replacement the same day.

The fingerprint reader is not reading all of the time so I requested a replacement and I am now being ignored. The handles are cheap enough to replace so they clearly do not value customer satisfaction. Unreliable product, unreliable customer support. They seem to work on one off sales, they clearly do not value repeat custom, I certainly can’t recommend this company.

Prompt delivery. We got a new door fitted and the contractor fitted the lock very quickly. He said it was straight forward.
Once you scan the QR code, the connection to your phone is easy, as is the loading of the fingerprints for access to the house.
Very pleased with everything about the product.

I had a number of conversations with Ava prior to the purchase of my smart lock, and in every instance she came back promptly with exactly the information I required. I experienced a number of problems with regard to the DHL delivery, they were 3 days late, and even then it was delivered to the wrong house. The lock is very good quality, heavily constructed and apparently worth the money. The fitting instructions are concise and easy to follow, and the installation took me just over an hour. It has now been in situ for 4 days, and apart from it not particularly liking a wet thumb, (takes 2 or 3 attempts to recognise the finger print) it is working beautifully.

So far, so good! Love the design and how this door works. Plenty of options to get inside the house and perfect for my dad who has dementia and kept losing his key. He has the key card but love that I can open it remotely wherever I am if needed. Been installed for 2 weeks and battery still at 100% so that’s great. Really pleased with the functions so far! Was delivered really quickly too!

Fairly easy to install. Replacing a Yale smart lock and much prefer Blusafe hardware, easier to use, less glitchy and fingerprint opening is a game changer - so much faster and easier to use. Locking is simple, no complex geared mechanism to wait for (which wasn't 100%).

Easy to use web site and fast delivery of the product.

I have bought three door handles from this company two have worked and one didn't. I reported this to Blusafe and they got back to me the day after I reported the failure with a list of procedures to try to repair it, I sent the required videos and pictures off to prove that this did not repair the doorhandle and was then ignored. They have not got back to me over the two months of trying and I would not recommend them. The product is not worth the risk of buying from them.

I purchased a blusafe origin smart lock that has finger print, code and keycard and key access. Ordered from their website received it 2 days later. Fitting it wasn't too bad even with my limited skills the videos were there to guide me. Pretty happy so far but only just installed let's see how it lasts. Only feedback to blusafe would be to get on Amazon it's just easier !

The lock has been faultless since I installed it over a year ago. A spring failed in the internal handle, I sent pictures to them but initially didn't receive a response due a mismatch of email addresses on a link on their website. I pointed this out and hopefully they have been able to resolve.

The issue was dealt with very promptly and a brand new unit was shipped out on next day delivery.

Great customer service, can't fault it.

Product came on time and was easy to intall. Only been using it for two days, so time will tell if other peoples negative reviews are correct - however very happy with product so far

We have bought 3 locks from this company. Two have been ok but the third has failed. Eventually and I mean eventually they answered my mail and replaced the lock with another model.... which didnt work from the get go.
I've sent numerous mails again and tried to call the various numbers that are circulated on the web, all to no avail. I've left messages on their facebook page but again no response. I'd never use them again as they are a complete customer service failure.

I bought and fitted the Blusafe Apollo. This was a replacement I had previously bought from another supplier. The Apollo is of far better quality. So far very happy with it.
