Driving Lessons in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire & Somerset. Learn to drive with one of our expert instructors. We also offer driving courses & instructor training. All of our DVSA qualified driving instructors have to go though an enhanced DBS check before they can apply to join the ADI register, they are fully trained to deal with all types of learner drivers requirements and any disabilities that you may have. We all have a lot of empathy and understand learning to drive can be at first a bit overwhelming. We provide driving lessons in the following counties: Berkshire, Somerset and Wiltshire. Your Blue Driving Instructor will collect you for your first driving lesson, and will provide all of the relevant information concerning your training programme. This will cover all aspects of the teaching syllabus, including information about how and when to apply for your driving theory test. Your Driving Instructor will also help you the pupil in how to study effectively for the theory test, this will cover choosing the appropriate books driving theory Apps for your future study.

I highly recommend Tony

I highly recommend Tony! Before starting, I really lacked confidence, but Tony's lessons built up my confidence so much. Thanks to his excellent teaching, I passed my driving test on the first try. I also really appreciated how flexible he was with my schedule to fit everything in. If you want a great instructor, go with Tony

Great driving instructor

Rich from Calne was my daughter's driving instructor and we would definitely recommend him. He is patient, kind, friendly and has clear expectations which he sets out at the start of each lesson. His calm attitude helps put nervous drivers at ease. My daughter passed her test with only one minor fault. Rich was always punctual and kept in touch with my daughter to arrange pick up times and places. Flexible to pick up either from home or school within his area.

Highly Recommended - Tony C Ilminster Blue School of Motoring

Tony C (Ilminster) was absolutely superb in helping us come to terms with driving in the UK and the unique conditions that this presents. Having driving experience in multiple countries over a period of 45/50 years has its own set of issues (muscle memory to overcome and embrace at the same time).

Tony was always, highly professional, personable and patient - keeping us focused on exactly what we needed to do to pass the test. Thanks to his instruction and guidance we managed to pass our driver's test first time and with so few minors.

We highly recommend Tony and Blue School of Motoring for anyone who knows how to drive but needs to pass the rigorous UK test, or for anyone who is starting out and needs to learn how to drive confidently and safely.

Simply the best

Having started and stopped learning to drive over many years with big gaps in between it had always been my anxiety that had stopped me continuing so it was important for me to find the right instructor. After a couple of not so great encounters I finally found Ruth, she put me at ease from the start, really helped build my confidence and was patient when I overthought things or simply had a wobble. Come the morning of my test I just thought nope, not going to pass but again Ruth helped me conquer those nerves and gave me the confidence to feel that maybe I could do it. 2 minutes into the test I suddenly felt calm and just remembered all that Ruth had taught me and sailed through passing on my first attempt with only 3 minors. I can honestly say if it hadn't been for Ruths calm and encouraging teaching I would not have gotten here. Anyone out there thinking they will never be able to drive or pass the test you need a Ruth :)

Chris helped my daughter prepare to pass her test.

Chris was punctual, prepared and knowledgeable.
He plainly knows how to drive and to instruct students in the art of being safe on the road.
He also has a nice blue mini which made my daughter very happy to drive.
